EDUCATE ME, SNOKES! WHO ARE
MY BEST FRIENDLY FRIENDS!❤
I really loved the video can you plz make one on expenditure including all costs for a gks student
Thanks for the comment!🥰 I’m not actually a gks student, just staying for one semester. I’m not sure about the gks program😅
🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤❤❤
My dream
You can do it!🤩✨
hii i love your video so much!! ^^ btw i have some question, do you have any possibilities to have any friend or someone that can help to record the tour for yeoul hall? my friend apply for master there & master dorm will be yeoul hall but i cant found any tour for that dormitory :( i will appreciate a lot if you can reply to my comments & tqsm!! also goodluck for your study journey
We are glad you like it! The double-room dorms are exactly the same in Yeoul hall but without a shower and a toilet. Showers and toilets usually are on the aisles and shared with other tenants of the same floor. There is also a shared free gym, a convenience store as well as the laundry room. Which are very similar to my dorm. ☺️ Hopefully this helps! I wish you all the best for your and good luck❤✨
@@AadaAndHeikki Do they ask you for a specific amount that you must have in your bank account?
@@prettyrose3713 i’m on exchange for one semester so I didn’t have to provide any such information for the visa D-2. However, it depends on the country you are from.
@@AadaAndHeikkiUnderstood . After finishing my studies, can I start working there?
heeey, great video! Does the university cafeteria offer halal food options?
Thank you so much!🥰 There is at least one halal school cafeteria called Pulbitmaru😄
nice! thank you for the video, what's your major btw?
Thank you for watching!🥰 At KAIST uni I mostly study Business and Technology Management but at Aalto uni my major is Automation and Robotics🤖🦾
Heyy, I’m trying to apply to kaist and I was wondering if there’s any facilities for students to cook their own food, rather than buying or eating from the food courts
Hello, I remember hearing during the orientation that there would be a kitchen for international students that you can reserve.😄 I haven’t used or seen it in person.
@@AadaAndHeikki okay, thank you 🫶
You said there are several dorms. Do you get to decide which one you'll stay at? Is the pay different?
Like if i wanted to get a room with a shower/toilet. What do i need to do?
Sorry, last question. Is there a kitchen if you want to cook?
Thank you for the questions, I’ll happily answer any questions.🥰 You really cannot decide the dorm you are assigned since the KAIST team assigns you to one, also the pay varies for the dormitory. Yes, there are other dorms as well but mostly for the full time students. However, if you are an exchange student and have applied for a single room with a vital reason you can be assigned other dorms. Usually undergraduate students live in either Dasom (Female) or Heemang (Male) and Graduate Yeoul (Female) or Nadl (Male) hall😄
@@habibaadel1968 I'm sorry to say this but these double rooms where exchange students are assigned to usually don't have these facilities. You might get a one with a vital reasons.
@@habibaadel1968 As I've heard there is an international kitched that you might need to reserve before use. I've never used it so I don't know a lot about it. There are several school cafeterias, coffee shops and a subway so you really don't need to cook. You can easily choose whatever you like☺
Can u tell us how much to get a room alone there? Can an undergraduate student get it? Im thinking about applying to kaist but i have 3.5 gpa..is it fine?
As an exchange student it can be possible if nobody is assigned to double room with you. I’m not sure about the single room without special requirements.
The rent for the dorm varies but as an undergraduate student you’ll most likely live in Dasom hall. The rent for double room will be around 343€/$370 - 414€/$447 for 4 months or single room 1079€/$1164 for 6 months.😄
I think 3.5 gpa will be fine since the threshold is 3.0 gpa☺️
@@AadaAndHeikki im so scared because people tell me its hard to get exepted with 3.5 in industrial design undergraduate program..i will be applying soon thats why i really have a Lots of questions about gpa. Ça u tell me whats the average of students gpa please...ㅠㅠ
@ma.rie3454 Good luck, we’re rooting for you!🏆☺️ Sorry I really don’t know about the GPA since I’m an exchange student
how is the wifi?
Very good! For the first time you need to register the WiFi through KAIST system. There is also a WLAN port option😄
Wow great! Do you pay for the Gym?
No we don’t, it’s completely free!😄
I also applied at KAIST University I am waiting to be accepted. I am in China.
Wow, I wish you all the best and good luck!🤩✨
is the lecturer speak in english?
Yes, if you choose courses taught in English! They actually speek suprisingly well English. In the KAIST course selction portal you can easily filter courses taught in English so you don’t accidentally end up courses taught in Korean😄
How much the single room cost? And could you tell me how much computer science major cost per one semester, please 🥹
I’m only an exchange student here so I don’t pay tution fees. I think the tuition fee would be the same for all degree students. The dormitory rent varies by the location of the dorm also for the length of the stay. I pay total of 1 284 000 KRW/869€/$943 for 4 month stay of this single room.
Hey...are you an army?
@@fairosesahara4430 For sure!✨
you should have blurred your room number…
What ! You gonna travel 🧳 from your country to her apartment 😂
Is everything completely free like from food to accommodation and travel expenses and basic laundry etc
In short is everything for free?
Or do i have to pay for food and basic things?
Thank you for the question! Unfortunately food, accomodation and travelling etc. isn’t free.😞 You can freely use the dormitory gym and laudry except for the tumble drier which is only 1000 KRW per use.
