    Cross body exercise in not just for kids. It also helps us older folks keep a bit sharper.
    One of the ways that I do this is when I am reloading.
    I set my Lyman turret press so that I use one hand for some operations and the other hand for others while incorporating the hands crossing over the mid-line of the body.
    We first learned of this from a speech therapist that worked with two of our children.
