i saw it on the riot's page they spawn with her passive just like illaoi's passive and her R spawns more
It would be super interesting if the amount of dogs scales with attack speed and his attack speed scales slower but I don't think it will happen, he doesn't seem like the type of champion that would buy critical chance or no on hit efect That most attack speed items give these 2 things

you know what would be a good taunt on her? a stone like Pantheon's recall jutters from the ground, naafiri climbing on top and then a procession of of her minions marching parallel to her resting spot, in the same way as in Scar's musical number in The Lion King of 1994 in with the song "Be Prepared". that would absolutley be top tier.

People have been saying that about new champions for like 8 years now.
Every single champ upon release is actually "broken" since the numbers weren't tested yet on tons of people but just tested by people at Riot... which is simply not enough. With few tweaks following her release I think she will land in a balanced state sooner or later

Finally a monster! My favorite argument against the monsters is the play rate. Probably because we get hyped for monsters like a void manta ray who then we find out *checks notes* punches... Naafiri looks like an interesting kit, though, so this IS exciting.
The main reason the monster champs typically have a low play rate is cause they usually have kinda complicated kits that lead to only OTP’s really playing them, like Rek’sai or Ivern. When a monster has a simpler kit, like new Asol, they become a lot more popular, like new Asol. It’s the main reason the Aurelion sol subreddit quadrupled in number of people who actually play the champ. I expect Naafiri to be relatively popular, I know I’m hyped
I wouldn’t even count the void manta ray when 90% she’s the Karen haircuts with humanoid thights and makeup
Monsters have a low play rate because of outdated or just bad kits in general, Kha Zix for exemple has a good and fun kit and a high play rate despite being a monster
Warwick is technically a monster champ (werewolf is a classic monster) and he's played a ton because of his easy kit.
The type of monster considered in League is too low..like Pokemon type .. this was just a dog with knife...which is still look ls cool though... Guess we just expected some actual huge monster that is not based on one animal... That can surpass concept of cho'gath and reksai...

A true chase-down assassin. Seems like most of the abilities are linked to how many other wolves are in the “pack,” so this is either gonna be a hyper-scaling champ or a hyper-snowballing champ depending on how the size of the “pack” is determined. Either way, gonna be fun to play!
From the video, the only thing I'm certain of is that the ulti summons more wolves instantly. She could maybe recovered those killed by recalling and getting minions/jungle monsters. This would make her awful in ARAM, though XD
Correction, there's already leaked gameplay footage, and it seems she spawns wolves on a cooldown like Illaoi's tentacles, probably with a max number based on levels XD
@@TheDahaka1 Indeed, she is most likely worst in ARAM, kinda like playing Yorick in ARAM. But this also depends on how strong her packs health, her Q range (throw blade) and how her E works.
Her pack seems strong enough to withstand an Evelynn ult at 0:36 and she not dodged with E there since it used to hop over the wall after.
If her Q has some range, she could just wait until she spawns all the wolf and rush in with W (risky) or poke Q then recall all her packs immediately with E by dashing back. If you used to poke with LB or Leesin Q-E poke, then the style seems will not far. The good thing, her packs protects she from limited target disabling effects such as Morgana or Lux

@@ecerra1200the Darkin don't come from another dimension... they are former ascended (like Nasus and Renekton) with PTSD from the war with the Void that mentally f'd them up and made them wage war among each other for power and altering their bodies with blood magic once their leader (Azir) died. That's when the Shurimans at the time started callling them Darkin which roughly translates to "the fallen"
