When the judge said that the song is as much Atif's as Goher's, there is no question of stealing. Plus Goher NEVER gave credit to Atif as the singer did he??? Aadat was known by Atif's voice. yet Goher abused him and claimed it was all his despite legally it was both of theirs

Atif and Goher were uni fellows of my friends and Farhan was in my uni, everyone and their damn mama knew at that time who wrote those songs and continued to write them even after Atif left. And singers dont "improvise" vocals when recording songs, lyrics are written and corrected with the band but the main rhythm and chorus usually is a starting point, that was all done by Goher, in fact Aadat is his composition, that court ruling doesnt mean shit here esp given how shitty our justice system is.
