I’ve been waiting for the eufy comparison review! Ty! I personally own a eufy 30c, eufy 15c max, roborock s5, 360 s5 & an irobot braava jet m6. I was a big fan up until earlier this year. I bought all mine for about $200 each or just under it. I bought a 15c max & 30c max for 2 different family members. They both had issues and were unable to connect to WiFi or to the app. Finally I was able to get the 15c max going. The new 30c max I couldn’t & returned. My 15c max crapped out on me & now my 30c also will not reconnect to WiFi/the app. Thankfully they come with a remote but sucks to lose the auto scheduling with app. Was very disappointed. So I started researching for replacement for that family member. Probably watched all your reviews lol. I ended up coming across the 360 s5 and took a chance-for only $30 more it seemed to have more smart features, good ratings on Amazon/CZcams review videos & has +200pa suction power compared to the eufys I’ve been buying & using. That don’t have that for practically same price. I was saving up to buy the eufy 70L and was really into that one. But the price is very overpriced. Now that I have my own 360 s5 and see what $230 gets you-it blows most premium robovacs out of the water in terms of smart features for the price. It has a very colorful & user friendly app. It is 2200pa, lidar navigation & has many smart features like virtual no go zones, room select, area/zone select, multiple mapping, smart mapping, auto recharge & resume, automatic scheduling with lots of personalized/customizable options compared to others that just give you 1 time for the 7 days a week. I’ve really loved it. I like the charging base as it just needs to push up to it & no floor part necessary. I’m thinking about possibly getting a mop & vac one by them now. Either the S7 or S9. I’d love a review & comparison of the 360 brand for the S5, S7 & S9. Eufy now has the 30G line which some additional smart mapping features I believe on some of them. A review comparison of the 30G, 30G verge & 30G edge would be great. To figure out which has the mapping & virtual no go lines/zones-if they even do. A review of the wyze $200 lidar robovac would be great too. Now that I have a 360 S5 I’m spoiled in terms of premium smart features for the $230 price point. But I’m curious about those previously mentioned. Also the narwhal (available for preorder now) & everybot edge (not smart, no charging base & basic remote control) mopbot/robomops would be cool to have a trusted review of. In addition to the bissell spinwave robomopvac. Love your channel & thank you for all you do! I recently just purchased a tineco 11s pure one tango (cordless), shark vertex duo clean (ultralight stick corded) with double roller brush of soft roller & new powerfins that has the anti hair tangle and the $70 shark pocket steamer (purple one) this week based on your reviews & help. (And I did try to use your affiliate links when possible lol) Thank you! I also have a bissell pro clean upholstery cleaner and in need of another one. I’m not sure if I should buy that again or little mean green machine one. Not sure if you do upholstery cleaner reviews but figured I’d mention. Also my new premium robovac choice I’m saving up for is the T8 AIVI with auto empty base. I think sold separately is cheaper. I saw the N9 pro+ and was wishing you had a review comparing & testing those 2. They seem similar?

Eufys were some of the first robots that attacked our bases durning the First Robot Vacuum War. I was just a kid then, I had no idea what I signed up for. They left most of our base in ruins. The only reason we survived was vicious bobcats that lived in forest around the base came out and destroyed the remaining bots. So don't forget to thank your local bobcats, they are part of the reason we can enjoy life today.

Since my wife and I are disabled and living on S/S, naturally my budget is extremely tight. Also, since early 2020 I was diagnosed with a terminal lung disease, not cancer, but just as deadly. So vacuuming the floors are just too hard for me now. That being said, I looked and listened to what you said about the various robots and got a Roborock 5. It has been wonderful and the only one I wish I could get is the Roborock 7S with the mop. Oh well, we got what we could afford. As for Vacuum Wars--👍👍 and😍!

Thanks to this channel I got my first bot and it arrives tomorrow.
Went with a Corredy because like your videos stated, its similar to the eufy, for nowhere near the price. Unlike most people, I dont have internet at home, nor do I have a complex layout. So a bounce bot with good suction and onboard scheduling was all I need.

A big difference I saw between my Eufy 11S and my Roborock S4 Max is on dark, high pile rugs: the Eufy 11S seems to handle getting onto dark rugs fine, but the Roborock doesn’t. If you’re going to do a best of video for 2021, I think you should consider adding a high pile rug or a dark rug to expose differences like this. If you look around, there are a lot of interesting videos with even high end iRobot vacuums getting confused due to dark patches absorbing IR light and causing the drop sensors to trip. My 11S didn’t have this problem at all, but I’ve found myself taping tin foil to my Roborock, which feels arcane. It’s a total shocker to me that the 11S had no problems, for a fraction of the price. If the L70 has the same type of drop sensors, it might be more capable than many other models simply by virtue of not having the drop sensor confusion problem.

It does a great job, and really quiet in quiet mode. It also has a 4,000 pa rating on top power mode. So far I am very happy with the L50. I just could t pass up the 60% off price tag.

Long story short, my original Eufy died (battery wouldn't recharge) after two years. I bought an iRobot that was a complete fail after just a few days (wouldn't charge, wouldn't dock, got stuck constantly, etc.). So I turned to this channel to figure out if I could go back to Eufy as I loved the previous one. Based on this video, I bought the Eufy 30C and it is PERFECT! I love it! Thank you so much for your thorough review -- you helped me make a choice that I had no other way of making. :-)

The 11s with it's 1300pa is more than enough for me and my hardwood floors. They are absolutely spotless with this roaming around the house every other day. The problem with the 11s though is the gears for the two spinning brushes. I've had 2 of these robots, and both had broken gears after 4-6 months, making an awful lot of noise. It's because of the incredibly weak plastic they use. I ordered some new gears on ebay that is made from nylon pa12, which btw can bend without breaking, and it made my 11s ultra quiet. I now have total confidence in this robot vacuum. Also, Ankers customer support is absolutely awesome. They 100% stand behind their products, but after receiving a replacement robovac (without having to send the old one back), and it broke as well, I thought it was time to take things into my own hands. Ordered the improved gears, swapped them out and it has been running happily ever after. Anker is a good company, but some of their products definitely have quality issues. My old Roomba 680 lasted 5 years before I had to replace any mechanical parts. The 11s lasted 6 months on average. But again, with the improved gears, they won't break for a good number of years. Oh and the only thing I miss in the 11s, is magnetic strips support. It doesn't have that sadly.

I've had a 30C for about 14 months. Worked fine for about 9 months, then eventually the gears in one of the side brushes stripped. Tried finding replacement parts but they were non-existent, so I 3D printed replacement gears at my local library using a design someone uploaded to Thingiverse. New gears in and problem solved! At least until the motor for the brush roll decided to stop spinning preventing the vacuum from running for more than 30 seconds before giving me a "brush is stuck" error. I took everything apart and could not find what was wrong, motor and brush spin just fine with external power applied. Contacted Eufy and they offered me 20% off my next purchase. Can't say I was too thrilled about its life span, ends up being more expensive than if you bought a more premium vacuum and generates needless e-waste.

I've had an Eufy 30C since Jan 2020 and it has been amazing. My sister now wants a robot vacuum cleaner and your reviews have helped me see what's new on the market. I was looking at the G40 (same as the G40+ but without the self emptying bin dock) it's just so annoying that all the newer ones seem not to come with a remote! Why leave that out? you can't even buy a remote separately for it. Although you can control it via the app it's so much nicer with the physical buttons of the remote.
So my question is do I go with the 30C despite it being quite an old model now and less power compared to the G40 which doesn't have the remote but better navigation?! Any advice would be appreciated.

I've replaced the gears in mine, but the fix was short-lived and I'm hesitant to replace mine with another Eufy. I have appreciated their low profile, meaning they'll go under my couches. They're a bit overeager in going as many places as possible, though.

I have an older eufy... 11 series i think. No wifi connectivity or anything, but I kinda prefer it that way. Best purchase ive ever made tbh, its surprisingly good at getting the cat hair out of my carpet and if anything breaks on it, its Very easy to fix or replace parts.

Hi. It seems that Eufy has discontinued the 30c (it's not on their website). Which makes me lean to the 11s (not Max). Hoping that's good enough. Any thoughts? I just want something affordable.

I have a 15c, but I’ve recently stopped using it.
It would get stuck easily, and “robot proofing” is a very big issue, it’s far to easy for it to find the one cable on the ground, and has no way to detriment it’s done so until it’s too late. The side brush motors have broken 3 times, and it’s ruined several cables, and even messed up it’s own charging stand.
After 2 years, the battery or the voltage control seems to be bad. If left on “high” rather then going back and charging like normal, it’s just shuts off mid session and sits in place until I hit the power button to turn it back on.
It seems to chew through the rubber seals every few months, and Eufy charges you something like $20 for 4 of them, I wish it was just a thicker more robust seal.
Despite what others say/claim, I’ve noticed that it can scuff hard floors, particularly it messed up the shine on vinyl wood flooring, and now my concrete flooring. It also frayed the edging on my rugs, and has marked a number of furniture, and electronics.
After two years of regular use I’m looking at over $100 in needed replacement parts, plus $50-$100 in routine costs on a $250 vacuum. This does not including the cost incurred by fouling cables, and nocking things over.
This is not to say it’s a “bad product” and it works for others, but in my real world use I found it to be more headache then what it was worth.

Features that I consider important are:
    1. The height of the vacuum. This is because it determines what furniture they can go under. Since the connected ones have the center raised disk, the simpler (non-connected) ones work better for me.
    2. Having a HEPA filter, because, I don't want all the harmful small particles polluting the indoor air or being deposited onto surfaces in the house.
    3. I much prefer two spinning side brushes. (I noticed in the video at 2:02 that only ONE of the vacuums [11s] has two spinning side brushes. It stands to reason that a brush on both sides will do a better job. That might not matter as much for the mapped / programmed runs but matters more for random cleaning.
I am wondering. . . Can wifi-connected vacuums do house mapping without using an app?

@@VacuumWars I mean not just the L70, I have seen a few more Vacuum's with single brush. I see that whatever dust is pushed away from one brush is again pushed back by the second and eventually manages to get to the suction port. But with a single brush, the pushed away dust cannot be pushed back and that's a drawback isn't it? Iin your testing experience, how has the efficiency been? Especially on hard floors or tiles where it's relatively easy for the dust to get pushed off? Assuming you had devices with a single brush tested.
P.S: I currently own Eufy G10 Hybrid, it has gyro navigation, and double brushes, but almost any upgrade option looks like it has a single brush and I am hesitant to go for them. Hence awaiting your expertise in this.
