  • This video provides examples of how to quickly ruin your life. I am not encouraging anyone to do this. These examples show what not to do. If you recognize yourself in these situations, you should think about whether you really want to live your life this way and make smart conclusions.

Great video! Now, to be fair, we all have our demons and are just human beings, some things simply bring us pleasure, but that doesn't mean we don't work hard otherwise or try to strive for goals while not being able to appreciate the small things in life and not caring for other people. I myself am in that sense "guilty" of enjoying video games & good food, at the same time, the games I have played over my teenage years helped me build my career in Cyber Security, I have worked hard for a lot I have achieved in life, and I keep having otherwise good habits as well, in addition to having relationships with good people, helping people out, and appreciating the small things in life.
So, while the video is accurate, it is rather a "The fastest ways to POTENTIALLY RUIN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE", because not all of these are of the same severity level, some are more severe and worse than others, but also, it isn't guaranteed these things will outright "ruin your life", that's a little bit of overdoing it, really. Again, some of these things are clearly worse than others, especially when combined, and will then with a high probability lead to a failed/ruined life, however, the less severe ones can lead to potential road blocks or hamper progress, but not outright ruin your life.
Good video regardless, even if the entirety of the video is presented in a somewhat extreme spotlight, as not everything in this video will outright guarantee a failed/ruined life, and it's obviously too much of a generalization. But yes, take some of the worst and most severe points in the video, or even a combination of some, and you're pretty much guaranteed with a high probability to come out as a nothingburger at the end of your life.

I agree with your opinion that some small things may not matter, but if you do these things all the time, it will not lead to the ideal life we all want. Much depends on us. In this video, I want to convey that we should not waste our time. If we take the topic of games, it's not about a small amount of time, but about constantly playing games and not living in reality. That is a tragedy.
I play a lot of games myself when I want to take a break from work to clear my mind. However, I remind myself that this does not affect my financial situation. There are people who make money from gaming, but they are a small minority. Some of the facts I use come from my own life, understanding what I am doing wrong. I also gather information from internet forums.
Additionally, I have a channel where I earn money through gaming. With the right approach, this can be a positive thing. Your opinion is very much appreciated, and I am glad you shared it. Thank you for your comment; it is the best one on this channel.

Ai video but funny still, i like how chat gpt explains these things and tries hard to fit within the prompts but keeps accidentally warning on why these things are bad lmao

Actually, ruin our entire life is a good way to actually realize who we really are.

True, if some people hadn't done that with their lives, so basically acting as guineapigs for the rest of us, we'd still be clueless as to what is and isn't counterproductive to a meaningful and good life. Of course, I personally don't believe all of the points made are of the same severity, and can be somewhat misinterpreted, because the less severe ones are only harmful when done/consumed in rather extreme amounts, but if you only do/consume those things modestly, you'll be fine and get to draw the joy out of these things instead.
