I have filled all the necessary space and uploaded all the necessary documents. Yet, i still can't proceed with my application. I am stuck at the scholarship selection for masters. It keeps telling me to upload my certificate and transcript, which I have.

Language proficiency tests seem to be a necessary requirement for most scholarships.
Any guide or alternative for one who hasn't undergone such tests?

But I have a question. I want to know if there's a need to apply to your preferred institutions individually after applying here??
Cos when I was going through the application process, they said you can choose up to 12 schools and arrange them in an order of preference.
Now my question is, let's assume I select 12 schools, do I need to go to each of the institution portal and make separate applications again??
