Anyways, it is true that there is high supply, but what is the quality of that supply? Also, the demand is still very much there because I can assure you that there are many organizations in and outside developed countries that are yet to start mining their data to drive their business....the field is open and even experts refrain from making the assertions you made in the world of data. You can't use few companies layoffs and for a particular geographical area to make those conclusions. Hope you get my point.
until technology is there , there will be data , AI will be able to make software but handling and doing analysis for data companies going to hire people over AI.
