He was great in Beetlejuice and Howard the Duck. His character of Dark Overlord is quite memorable for me. Always loved idea of a person transforming into something fantastical, and you don’t see gradual transformations like that anymore. He played it just well and that voice is very suitable to the character, fantastic and funny at the same time!
I was 3 years old when Howard came out, I don't think I actually watched it until I was maybe 4 or 5 around the time of Video rentals going gangbusters and we would go to the local rental store, grab this tiny little poker chip with the movie name and grab it from the cashier. God I think I would of watched it a hundreds times back then. And of course, I dug the Dark Overlord, didn't scare me or anything.
