Charles was a bit lucky against Dustin, and Gaethje. They were hesitant to go on the ground after they knocked him down. If they rematch they'll do what Islam did. Follow up on the ground.

Charles always struggled with wrestlers with good cardio. He even struggled against Lee but Lee has bad cardio. In initial rounds, Lee was able to easily dominate Charles and did some GnP. Charles was aboe to win only after Lee lost his cardio and power.

He took down and controlled the best grappler in the division. I honestly don’t see anyone else keeping it on the feet or fighting off their back successfully if charles couldn’t do it.

True words, I would say Islam was really much more dangerous with his hands this fight, as well as his footwork and standup defense improved significantly. There were two moments I thought Islam wanted to show some hand work, in the moments he could play it safe, particularly the moment during widely thrown overhand exchange where he took some risk, proving his skills and movement in the standup, without getting caught. His cardio is really great, Charles did not look as fit this time. Glad for IM's victory, what a great night!

What I like about him and his camp is that even though it’s an individual sport they take the team aspect into a whole new light, khabib investing $1million into your guys camp is almost unheard of. They really came into the sport together and elevated each other all at once.
