- This is a video I recorded for Facebook when we first got these amazing chocolate moulds in. There's so much you can do with them and they look fantastic! So I decided I would upload this on CZcams for you guys to see, let me know what you think! :)

After a day in the fridge, mine got strange spots on them. Would you k ow why? Spots color is like a bright brownish
I think it might be because the chocolate hadn’t been tempered properly, it causes crystallisation and those spots. It doesn’t harm the chocolate though 😊
I haven’t full got the hang of tempering chocolate myself but there’s sone great videos online for it.
