in a little short story at the end of volume 5 Eta wrote a letter to Alpha to ask for more research funds. In it she wrote how much she curious about Cid brain and how she want to dissect him to see why he’s so smart/strong, she also wrote that she tried to drug him multiple times to do it but fail because Cid immunity is to strong. Eta loyal is very “X to doubt”

@@karuto5849 for what I see this, Eta in the present had given up on trying to harm shadow for the science, he is really to hard to kill, the time and money she would need to create something just to penetrate his defense are to high, that is why she is just trying but without expecting anything, so like I said more like caring for him its like just giving up and to adopt the observational approach
