Biden’s mic was cut and soothing jazz music began to play from overhead speakers, as the US President was left standing awkwardly on the stage.
The bizarre spectacle took place just moments after Biden told journalists in the audience that he was going to go to bed.

As a care worker in UK I saw dementia patients with exact symptoms. Who could suddenly change the topic, use to talk and imagine memories from +40 years ago, talking about siblings (my brother needs my help with monies when his brother have died 20 years ago). I've never been to US btw and have no political views on him or that gov, it's just about that old person I see struggling everynday supported by no one, educate yourself on dementia/Alzheimer's and let this poor grandad step down 😢

That means that there will not be a president more coherent than Biden ever again. My guess is that he will either “win” the next election, or there won’t be an election because America will have fallen by November.

I cared for my dad that passed away from dementia. Im not a medical professional but imo he is late middle stage of dementia. He sounds just like my dad did at that stage. His behavior will only get worse from here. Someone needs to step in and protect him. If I allowed my dad to let my dad make a fool of himself. I would be arrested for elder abuse/neglect ☮️💗🙏

When you believe we have a democracy, and your country is doing absolutely horribly, you are filled with shame, which prevents you from standing up for yourself and your fellow humans. When you accept that what is happening in your country is not your fault and not the fault of your fellow humans, you become stronger and more confident. The people who actually control America decide who will be president. There is never a president that they didn’t want. I don’t know if there ever has been, but for at least 100 years, it’s all been up to them. Truth really does set us free.
