Everytime I watch one of your videos it really makes me miss living in Florida. Paddleboards weren't around back in the 1980s but a 14ft. aluminum canoe served my needs quite well and still does. I share your enthusiasm and passion for fishing and the water. Nice to see someone still tearing things up on the water down there.

I took my girls fishing and now they take the grandkids,,,,,, and sometimes they let me take the grandkids it's awesome.
That Snook was huge. I had to look up the Florida state record since I didn't know they got as big as the one you caught.
I spent 28 years fishing SW Florida, that is the biggest snook that I ever saw caught. Your working your way to being my idle 😎

I remember my 1st catch standing up too ! Hell....I almost fell in a few times ! The water was deep and scary ! I keep trying to find a paddle board but I guess some 2x4 for bracing will have to do !

I’m located in Cape Canaveral Florida and I just got two Blackfin XL’s and your videos are really inspiring me. I’m looking for a good community to iSUP with. And I’m trying to figure out how to fish. Wish me luck.
Not that I am young enough to take up paddle board (65), but is there some major difference between them and regular surf boards that makes them less tippy? Watching you land that trophy Snook, it looked like if you had lightened your grip on the rod, the fish pulling would have tipped you over. Is there also a way to secure items to the board so that if you do tip you don't lose everything? And lastly, if you do flip, how easy is it to right the board once you are in the water! Anyway, it looks really hard....like a gymnast on a balance beam. Good video!

Your balance on the 11'0 Cross Adventure is amazing, considering I have the same board but can't find my balance on it. I've since upgraded to the Cross fish12 which is a bit better.

Haha, thanks! Yea it was a really neat experience. Knife's are tricky; they fight hard and can break off easy... putting in time is key.
