God Bless You Dr Nipun Aggarwal, after listening , i felt my deep depression and suidical thoughts that i had for several months
immediately leave me after the deaths of my mother and baby sister , and many of my beloved close friends in the last few years. after listening to this mantra for about 5 minutes- i saw colorful flashing lights, felt dizzy and then i heard but couldn't see an male spiritual being telling me that i was loved , needed, wanted and to be strong! it was proceeded by a heaviness in my throat and chest areas. i thought that i was hallucinating but i was fully awake and knew my surroundings and the time and date. , my step-son walk by and asked me if i was alright and said yes. but i was thirsty i asked him to please pour me a glass of sweet tea. has anyone else had this similar type of experience?

Yes, exactly the same situation as you with suicide in my mind and depression. But being a Christian myself, Jesus Christ appeared in my heart and talked to me. He told me that I am suffering because of my sins and unforgiving attitude towards people. I must forgive everybody, be full of compassion and understanding and bless all people in His holy Name because we are all His beloved children. I think GOD is the same everywhere, but nations gave Him different names because of local cultures. GOD bless us all! My heart chakra was very heavy, it was suffocating me. After Jesus healed me in my meditation, I felt like a new born child. Air is circulating so easily in my body. I have 35 powerful and emotional mantras on my phone. I listen to them non stop while working, cycling, running, eating, bathing, even I go to sleep with them in my headphones. I feel light as a feather, I feel all demons are destroyed, mind is focused and silent. I feel empowered, I feel joyful, I feel energetic and activ.
