This mantra helped me see that I have a fear of stepping nto my power, owning it, stop using relationship ideals as crutches and to own that the little girl within me is actually fully prepared to fearlessly own her power because it is mine and mine alone. Through this mantra my 3rd eye was directed inward toward my solar plexus chakra and I was shown all the ways in which I paved the ignorant path of going outside of myself for my power a.k.a. and gave my power away because I fear my own inner strength and independence because I will now have to cut some stuff out which I allowed to create entire pathways of BS. I recited this mantra last night first time. Noticed head tension clearing. Even the pressure in ears, tinnitus reduced. At one point saw a bright burning light for a split second. I think it was clearing mental and physical smog. And it was very relaxing so I slept very soundly .Yay!

when I hear the chanting of the mantra i feel a tingling sensation on my forehead in the place of pineal gland and it seems to be working on my third eye
that's good but accept it slow and not force it to not go fast take it step-by-step each level do not rush it. if you go too fast. You might see something you don't want to see. Just embrace it and accept it slowly. Learn to work with it. have no fear and no paranoia.

Do you have any recommendations on which video to listen first? I am fairly new to this sort of thing, and I tried this for 20 minutes and i got pain where the 3rd eye should be, but lost it. I tried bringing it back, however I couldn't fully do it. So which video should I start with to try to help with me imagining this or to help me get a sense of how this works?

Honestly, I call my self spiritual, however I have thus far found most peace In both Shiva, and Ganesh. Not sure what to do from that point. It seems that in times where I listen to Shiva/Ganesh Mantras I notice improvements in my mood, and overall life experiences.
