    Thank you Arnie for your awesome teaching’s with cooking on the grill!
    I like how you don’t skip the small things... like having the indirect heat on one side, and mentioning the temperatures to cook with.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
    I personally like my burgers 🍔 on the thicker side, with a pinkish-red center, and to be full of flavor, with seasonings as well as the smokiness from the grill. I like melted cheese, fresh crisp lettuce, onion and pickle, with some spice (a chipotle Mayo) and a little mustard.... on a grilled & toasted bun.
    YUMMMMMMY!🤤👍🏼
    PS) Is there any other place for us to get your “Wow Rub”? I hate to spend $8.95 for shipping, when the rub is $12.99. That’s 3/4 off the cost....🤔🤷🏼‍♀️

      Hi Jennifer, thanks for your comment and for following my channel and the nice words. The APC rubs are available in several stores and markets in Texas, the Rio Grande Valley, Laredo, Eagle Pass, Carrizo Springs, San Antonio. We are still new in the business so we are growing in all directions but's thats where we are at this time. To order online you might try getting a couple of friends or family members to order too so you can split the cost of shipping or again juts order more for yourself so the shipping is divided between more than one shaker, hope that helps, thanks you

    I'm not really a cheese person, but I will put bacon on my burger along with some BBQ sauce or some other drizzle I make up. I like to put a little extra seasoning on the burger just before I pull it off or on the tomatoes. Of course, I'm putting pickles on mine. I like onions too. That bun looks toasted.

  • @CoolJay77
    @CoolJay77 Před 2 lety +2

    That is a work of art hamburger sandwich. I appreciate your explanation on Flippity-Flip. Also, seasoning the tomatoes is a must that most people don't bother with.
    What I would do different is to butter the bun before grilling it, I also brush the patty with butter near the end of grilling. You must have ran out of onions making those delicious fajitas. LOL

    Arnie; Those are looking incredible. I like to put mustard on the buns, along with onions, pickles, and a thin sliced tomato. Pretty basic and traditional with the exception of also the jalapeño or a serrano at times. I like to use a burger ring to form my patty and will also stuff with cheddar jack cheese. Keep those videos coming as I really enjoy all the information. I made your Carne Guisada this morning and it turned out fantastic.

    Good looking burger, and can't go wrong how you built it. My favorite burger I just made while camping... was a pastrami burger on an onion roll; toasted bottom bun, slice of provolone cheese, charcoal grilled burger (my seasoning and doing the flippity-flip method), slice of provolone cheese, three slices of Boar's Head pastrami (warmed on the grill before assembly), about a teaspoon of yellow mustard, toasted top bun. Served with a jalapeno popper on the side. Everyone wants a bacon cheeseburger, but, I gotta tell you, try other meats as toppings, and you'll really enjoy this pastrami burger recipe. Additionally, prime rib and horseradish burger is also pretty good. Grill your burger, top with provolone and thinly sliced prime rib, liberally add horseradish to the top toasted kaiser bun, and dig in for strong flavors. If you want to go pro, add au jus on the side for dipping. Burgers are amazing with so many options. Cheers! Pete in Arizona.

    I love a classic cheeseburger with lettuce tomato and onion but my all time favorite is a big thick patty topped with pepper jack cheese, bacon, and a scoop of good homemade guacamole.
