I've had Sounds from the Thievery Hi-fi on CD for over 20 years. 1 of my favorites that I still listen to regularly
My first song what i heared back in 1999 from those guys was Lebanese Blonde, since then stick I with this tunes. Awesome, Peacefull, Rythmic Flow..
The bassist is very underrated and who plays a sitar. They also find vocalist like they have them growing in a garden picking them to showcase whenever they feel like it.
I listen to Thievery Corporation and my life catches on .. they make me memories of life ..
they were one of my great mentors musically .. their wide range and participation in different
instruments and artists from all over the world .. I want them to know that their melodies run
through the world infecting us with those delights for our ears and lives ...eternally

My parents were German emigrants to South Africa & 'saddled' me with Burkhard as my name...No-one here could pronounce it correctly & as a young kid I began to detest this name.
