The first lyric is correct since it's translated by the company. It is "film it now" which goes with the theme of fear of losing passion for their musics or career.

I think the biggest attraction to this song, aside from the contemporary choreography, is the lyrics. It talks about their fear of losing their passion and love for music, that if that time comes it will be their "first death". I love that because of this fear, it made them realize what music means to them. Believe it or not, the main reason why people stay as fans of BTS is because of their meaningful lyrics esp knowing that they mostly write their songs themselves. They do their best to try to convey their thoughts through their songs. I hope you enjoy your journey in what we call a BTS rabbit hole 😊

Funny that you mention carpool karaoke cause they’ve actually done that with James, y’all should definitely check it out👀✨✨✨ I know you don’t know much about these beautiful, talented men yet so I am here to inform you that it’s actually their 4th time being in the US aka America once releasing another hot album✨ they first came in 2017 with their album Love Yourself Her(a series of albums that have sadly already ended after LY Tear and then the final addition to the Love Yourself era which was the album Love Yourself Answer). Each time coming to America to perform and actually winning awards at first the AMAS and then BBMAS. They broken so many records I couldn’t even begin to exaggerate because it really is so ridiculous how much they’ve accomplished. They are ambassadors or many brands that we all know and love such as,main ones being,Samsung,Fila, puma and Hyundai. They are also a part of UNICEF and have been invited to give a speech for the Youth Campaign and have even launched a “Love Yourself” campaign within that platform alone. As you’ve already figured out, this amazing group of boys consist of 7 members. In case you may think they are teens, as many first reactors do, they are all pass the age of 20 and the oldest is even almost hitting 30yrs of age👁👁still looking like he hasn’t aged over 20,naturally✨ Their stage names are(from oldest to youngest) Jin,Suga,Jhope,RM,Jimin,V and Jungkook. Their bond is really so crazy and is really astonishing, we never have to worry if it’s something they show for cameras or if they’re only acting because they have been together, living together for more than seven years. They’re are basically like family, they all share such amazing, funny, caring, silly, motivating, encouraging and all other beautiful qualities that any personality to others but especially and ALWAYS to each other. The fact that they’re so genuine to us, showing their personalities truthfully not simply putting on a show just gave me so so much reason to love them on a whole other level. I hope this helped you know them a bit more and every Army(BTS fan base name that they gave to us which they also gave meaning being Adorable.Representive.M.C for Youth.😊) would very much appreciate and LOVE if you reacted to a guide the the members,an introduction of you will, to get even more knowledge about them individually and the help show just a part of why we love, adore and protect them with everything we have. Thank you so much for liking them and giving them a chance. 보라해💜(보라해=Borahae= I Purple You. A saying that belongs to Army+BTS after the member V came up with it on his own. He told army one day at the end of one of their concerts that he chose this color, His exact words being “Purple is the last color of the rainbow. Purple means I will trust and love you for a long time.” Therefore making the phrase “I Purple You”. We’re always saying this to them and they say it back often through social media and, of course, in person.which is also why you might see Purple Hearts being used very VERY frequently by us 😊.) Have a lovely day/night💜✨

They have been around making music since 2013 and even earlier, so a theme like that suits them. It's very mature.

BTS's music is so versatile that you can't even imagine. They cover almost all genres. From hip-hop, r&b, pop, soft rock, ballads, edm, rap, trap.....and i can go on till tomorrow😅.
They started as a hip-hop group as you can see from their older albums, but they said they wanted to try different things and not stick and limit themselves only to one genre. So even if you don't like BTS there's always at least one song you would like because of how versatile they are. All of the members produce songs and write lyrics. There are 3 rappers and 4 vocalists. The thing with BTS is that they always put art in their music and their lyrics are really meaningful and deep. They talk about a lot of stuff such as mental health, self love, youth problems etc. that a lot of people can relate and feel comforted regardless of their age.
In Black Swan, BTS talks about their fear of losing passion for music as their success grows with a lot pressure from everyone. They did an art film for Black Swan which is performed by MN Dance Company from Slovakia. In the art film, there are seven dancers that represent the seven members of BTS, where one seems to represent the "swan," constantly feeling shackled and pushed down by the others around him. A cage of light even appears halfway through the dance, further establishing the swan's inability to escape the darkness that binds him. There's a quote in the beginning of the art film that says "A dancer dies twice, once when they stop dancing--- and this first death is the more painful." - Martha Graham
This quote by the late dancer Martha opens the video and is at the root of the sentiments inlaid in "Black Swan." Much like a dancer feels purposeless when they can no longer express themselves through dance, BTS contends that the day that music no longer fills them with the same passionate fire as before, or even if there came a day when they stopped creating music, it would feel like death.
Through the mature, self-reflecting lyrics, BTS conveys its confession as an artist who learned what music means to self.
    Lyrics:
"If this can no longer resonate, No longer make my heart vibrate,
Then this may be how I die my first death."
Once again, BTS affirm that despite their countless record-breaking accolades, the wealth they've amassed, and their ever-increasing fame, they are artists. What means most to them is the art, music, visuals, dances and performances that they create.
Sorry for such a big comment, I would really like if you read this, there's a lot more to write about all of this, but maybe another time, if you choose to dig deeper into BTS. The only I would say is that you won't regret it.
The songs I recommend to watch that have music videos: Mic Drop, Save Me, Not Today, Spring Day... there's a lot😂.
Also their b-side tracks are fire, so if you continue I would be more then glad to recommend. Last thing( i'm sorry for being annoying), please always pause to say what is on your mind and what do you think, even if you are wrong we will correct you, we like to watch long videos so that's not a problem for us. I just discovered you guys and I must say: I love your reactions so far. It's always nice seeing someone slowly falling for the boys and their music. I encourage you to watch "Bts' contribution to music", because it's really informative about their developpement as artists, what it means to be a k-pop group and what exaclty is for them their genre. Then, if you want some help to distinguish them and get to know a little bit each member individually, "who is bts? the seven membres of bangtan" is a really good place to start (though it's not too recent and some informations are not completely true, but it's still useful).
There are 3 rappers, 4 vocalists and among the members, even though they're all great dancer, 4 of them are considered being part of the "Dance line", so they're kinda the better dancers. Something about each member:
    - RM (Kim Namjoon): he's the leader and the main rapper. He's fluent in english and is the spokeperson of the group (though the other members are slowly starting to talk more and more in english, which is admirable of them). He's also a songwriter and a producer, in fact he wrote the majority of their songs (he wrote the lyrics for "Spring Day" in a day after gettting inspired from seeing a leaf falling on the ground), even helping other members writing their own songs. He has as of now two mixtapes to his names, which describe to completely different moments of his life and the growth within. He has an IQ of 148, but at the same time can be a little clumsy, which is adorable to be honest. He's really open about himself and has a way with words that is simply magnificent. He does have a deep voice and, being the taller, can give kinda of a macho vibe. But he's not. He's just a young man in love with world, with art (give Namjoon a ticket for a museum and you'll make his day), with nature and with the sea and its creatures.
    - Jin (Kim Seokjin): he's the oldest member of the group, a vocalist and the official visual. I don't know where to begin to express how much this man is incredible... he started without any knowledge in neither dancing nor singing and ended up having one of the most gorgeous voices ever heard. He's hardworking, caring and oh so patient. The younger members love to play with him and annoy him, but he's always on their side and he has an amazing sense of humor (dad jokes all day long). He's also discovering a passion in songwriting and music production and gives a unique and sweet touch to his songs.
    - SUGA (Min Yoongi): he's the second rapper of the group and goes by the name Agust D for his mixtapes. He's often described as "lazy" or "the sleepy one", which is rather offensive and so not true. All the members love to sleep, simply because their always on the move or working their asses off. He's practicly a musical genius, not even kidding. He's a master of music production and as RM, a great song writer with a unique style. He produced for other artists (doing collaborations) and won awards for those songs. He's so humble it's unbelievable. In fact he suffered for a long time for social anxiety which he's always been open about. He's an introvert, but loves fiercely and it's apparent when he's looking at any of the other members or at his dog, Holly (dude, he loves loves his dog... adorable).
    - J-Hope (Jung Hoseok): let me just say it here and now: best smile you'll ever see in your life. Honestly, the sun itself feels ashamed before such brightness. J-hope is the Main dancer of BTS and is considered as the Dance leader, which means that all the boys and their coreographer recognize in him the best dancer of the group. He often helps them with the learning process of the coreography and it's a stern teacher, simply because he loves dancing with all his heart. He's also a songwriter and a music producer and has it's own Mixtape (a masterpiece). He's often considered the "happiest member", which can be pretty tiring. He's still human, but tries to have a positive mind set and always face negativities with a smile. He's so talented it's ridiculous, particularly because he started rapping only after entering BigHit (their music label).
    - Jimin (Park Jimin): he's one of the vocalists of the group and also a dancer. He's started writing songs kinda recently but all his original songs are gorgeous. He's voice is simply angelic. He's a great dancer and his personal style varies from J-hope's. He's really hardworking, to the point he used to beat himself up a lot for any mistakes he made in a performance. Nowadays it seems he's got better at handling this. He's got a huge heart and has a special bond with V, who he considers being his best friend. He's the embodiment of "having so much love to give", not even kidding. Being one of the persons Park Jimin loves, must be the greatest treasure of all.
    - V (Kim Taehyung): he's one of the vocalists and one of the dancers. He's got such unique features, that he's often considered as the second visual and has won many "most beautiful face of the year". Yeahh... that powerful. But don't reduce him to just his look, because this man has one of the most beautiful voices ever heard. It's so deep and kinda sandy, that it gives you chills, but it also makes you feel relaxed. He's got a passion for art, particularly photography, and for old songs (jazz it's his cup of tea). He's got many passions and can be quite cheeky with ARMYs, often inviting them to play some online videogame with him and creating some of the most hilarious situations by doing so. Just like the other members, he's slowly becoming more and more of a songwriter and his original songs are beautiful and oh so touching.
    - Jungkook (Jeon Jeongguk): final and youngest member (callaed maknae in korean). He's the main vocalist, one of the dancers and the center, in fact you'll often notice him being the center of coreographies formations. He's so talented it's astonishing. He can do pretty much anything he puts his mind to it. He's a fast learner and quite competitive, even though it can be pressuring to always be expected to succeed. He's got the best voice control between all the vocalist and learned to dance after entering BigHit. He was pretty young at the time (13ish years old), which means that the other members pretty much raised him, so he loves and respects them very much (he also loves to bicker and joke with them, which it's hilarious). He's got a particular love for video-editing/producing, and shares this hobby of his with ARMYs by publishing them with the caption GCF (Golden Closet Films, because his older room, where he started producing, was tiny as a closet. and "golden", because he's jokingly reffered to as the "golden maknae" by RM, because he's good at everything he does).
There you go, hope it helps you a little to get to know the boys from also a personal point of view. And please, love all of them, BTS would not be BTS if any of them was missing. I purple you a lot!!

All seven of them have gentle souls and are very kind (also extremely funny and dorky - you'll see this side of them in their own shows like e.g. Run BTS!). But when performing, you'll see their stage personas and they are all very adept in drawing in the crowd. That's what we call hard work, dedication and talent! Having seven young men with such strong stage presence all at once is rare and, speaking for myself, I've never seen any other group like them. That's why we love them and support them.

BTS MV catalog has many varied jewels from 2013 to this day, like Spring Day, I Need You, Save Me, Just One Day, Fake Love, No More Dream, DNA, Idol, Dope, Not Today, Mic Drop, ON, Lights, Heartbeat... But as they seemed to notice Yoongi 1st as the one who changed his hair color, I really want them to react to his most recent self produced solo song as his alter ego Agust D '대취타' (Daechwita) from may 2020. They'll be so shoocked!!! It's one of the best songs and music videos from this year, imho. You'll get a glimpse at how every BTS member has an amazing range as singers, producers, lyricists, performers, entertainers, part time comedians... No one's doing it like them, and that's one of the reasons why we love them so much!!!.

Love the reaction and we love when you are honest. We don't want everyone to say they are perfect,we love different opinions as long as you don't speak bad about the boys. I've seen so many people saying that they look like girls and that they are gay(wich we don't know for sure because they don't talk about their sexuality and it's not even important) because they have makeup on. It's ok if you don't like a song, please don't feel pressured to like everything just because some army's are a little sensitive. And about the storyline if you want yo react to it I can make a list so you watch in order. If you have questions please ask,we will be happy to help. A video I reccomend you to watch is Bts contribution to music. A great vide to learn a bit about them. Or "who is bts? These guys are the most versatile group I've seen in KPop, no, any group in the world. R and B? Hiphop ? Pop? All genres are covered at some point as the group is so varied - 2 are underground rappers, 1 has a love of jazz and soul artists etc. Not to mention they do a lot of production work. It intrigues me, as someone in my mid 20s , that so many other groups have existed prior and have faded into irrelevancy with only a few exceptions.

Ho about the "for the first time on television", it was indeed a worldwide exclusive. Black Swan was a pre-release song for their album Map Of The Soul : 7, and this was the first public performance of it. BTS spent a few weeks in the US filming things for the promotions of 7, including all the music videos, and some TV appearances like this one.
As for other songs to recommend, BTS has a pretty huge discography and it's very varied, but their more timeless classics apart from Blood Sweat and Tears are probably Dope (one of their first songs to gain traction internationally, it's representative of their more hype songs) and Spring Day (the closest to a ballad they ever went for a single, and their most successful song in Korea to this date, it's been three years since its release and it's still charting ; Koreans just love ballads). If you delve into their early discography the vibe is much more hip hop and the MVs are very low budget (BigHit was just broke), however once you get past the questionable styling, their debut song No More Dream (released exactly 7 years before you posted this video) still slaps.

I loved your reaction to this one and blood, sweat and tears! It can be easy to get overwhelmed as there is so much content for BTS. Go at your own pace and don't be afraid to ask questions! They have such a wide variety of songs, with many different styles and the hair colour will change a lot, but you'll figure it out!

9:58 no, it's still "film me now." In Korean, you don't have two consonant sounds by each other that are pronounced like that. When you see 닭/dalk, it's really pronounced as dak.
So, the Kongrish word for film in Korean is 피름/pirum (Korean doesn't have any F sounds, so their P/B sounds are usually substituted), so it sounds like they might be saying feelim me now. But they're not. It's just how they're Korean grammar and accent pronounces the English word.
This is seen also when they try to pronounce words where s sounds are next to i's. In Korean when you have Si/시 next to each other, it becomes shi. So often times, when the members have said sit down, they've said it as shit down. Or City as Shity. Korean is a language that has different rules from Anglo Saxon languages (English, German, etc).

To clarify that was the first time they ever performed THAT song live. there is another music video for Black Swan that they asked a proper modern dance group to make another choreography for to an orchestral mix to the song but this music video hadn’t come out yet. So that live performance was the first time BTS performed it but also the first time the world saw that choreography

My favorite thing about the live performance of this song on James Corden was the fact that J-Hope got kicked in the head by V (I think it was V), and it was so fast, and they are SO professional that you literally almost miss it if you aren't watching it very hard for the accidental kick. lol. Anyway, subscribed !

the mv subtitles is correct. but because they speak korean (hangul), there's a nuance... like almost an additional syllable... it's really "film it now" like showing they're always being captured on camera. if you also want to see the choreographies only, they have dance practices for almost all music videos they release. 💜 black swan is connected to the Map Of The Soul series. It's connected to Intro Persona, Interlude Shadow, and Outro Ego. uhmm they have a carpool karaoke with bts. it's fun! 💜

Their more hip hop songs have a more macho look and their looks evolved with their music, so check out some of their older videos too. Their debut song was No More Dream. Blood Sweat and Tears is part of the fictional storyline but Black Swan is not really in storyline.

The great thing about BTS is that there is something for everyone. Their music can't be attributed to a specific genre. But they really excel at performing. This choreo is very focused on contemporary dance which is why Jimin, one of the two main dancers, is front and center since that's his dancing background. Bts originally (back in 2013!) started as a hip hop group which is why they have one of the best rap line (Suga, Namjoon and J-hope) in kpop. It's in these songs were you get to see the other main dancer AND dance leader J-hope really shine (he was a locally famous street dancer). He is also responsible for the performance aspect of bts which is why he's been called the second leader by namjoon. But you'll notice that most videos will rather focus on the younger members Jimin, Taehyung and Jungkook because they are the most popular members.

thank you so much for you reactions and for giving them so much love. They have a wide variety of concepts and genres, but since you seemed to really enjoy blood sweat and tears and black swan, you might also enjoy Fake Love and Save Me, if you're interested in a different vibe may I suggest Dope, Fire, and On. The music videos that follow an official plot are I Need U, Prologue, Run, Young Forever and link symbolism to the 7 WINGS teaser videos that were released in promotion for the solos songs in the same album as blood sweat and tears. There is less choreography but it is so intricate and complex in storytelling; it is absolutely beautiful and what pushed me to really fall in love with BTS. Thank you again for your attention to these amazing boys, it is amazing to see that their influence has reached so many on this worldwide scale. We appreciate your genuine interest as well as the content you are posting so thank you again

this song is derived from the quote [i dont remember whose] which says that a dancer dies twice once when they stop dancing and the second when their heart no longer beats and the first death is always the most painful one... so hear bts is stating their worst fear about no longer doing music and how it is really painful..
