Wow Fleetwood looks like a lovely coastal spot! The Mount pavilion and gardens look so beautiful! Love the crest. Parks, a museum, arcade, nice to see all what there is to do there! :) Lovely memorial park. Sandy beach looks so nice! Cool to see the ship off in the distance. Yes i was going to say the views of the Lakes are the best thing but you beat me to it. It did use to have a great Pier but sadly it burnt. Love those gardens. Don’t think ive been to the Museum. Great historic tour highlighting some of the beauties of an often overlooked place. I hope this video puts Fleetwood back on peoples radar. Its definitely worth a day out. Do love Knott End too. Always enjoyed the drive over Wyre to get there..
We had a bit of a fail of a drive over to Knott end! It was raining heavily, the road was seriously flooded in places, then when we got to the cafe it was closed!! A least it got my mum out for a few hours!!!
Well I have to say I think I'd rather visit Fleetwood than go to Blackpool again 😂 looks a bit more upmarket and relaxed with lots of nice buildings and marina! Food looked good too 😋
One incorrect statement - the narrator said that you can catch a ferry to Knott End, on the other side of Morecambe Bay. It is on the same side of the bay, but on the other side of the River Wyre estuary.
