    So happy with our new GV80, we went all out and purchased the Prestige with ALL the bells and whistles and boy are we happy this is an awesome car and for the price point for the top of the line car is great. We are in total luxury when we drive it, the safety aspects of the car make it as safe as any Benz. We get many compliments from people and have even noticed people taking pictures of it as well.
    Test drive one and you will see what a I mean. It’s fun to always be learning new things about what this can do…it’s really a smart car and I’m sure future models will only get better.

      @@danidiamond Hi and Happy New Year,
      I haven't looked for the spare...But I will today now that you mention it. We paid around 80k for the car. And as an owner I can tell you the car is pretty awesome as compared to MB or BMW. I don't see very many on the road at all...Where we live.

      Very good review. I've had my 3.5 Prestige model for about a month. I saw no mistakes in your review, other than that's a Prestige with 22 inch wheels. Most other reviewers make at least couple of small errors.
      We're on a road trip through the Utah National Parks right now. It is as comfortable and quiet as i hoped it would be. The engine has a ton of available power. Gas mileage sucks, as a normally frugal person, it's an adjustment for me. No regrets at all on purchasing it.

      It’s in the rear cargo area under the flooring mat. Unlike Mercedes and BMW which dont provide a spare, just run flats and a prayer you aren’t 50 miles from a tire shop, Genesis comes standard with one.

  • @rrrogster
    @rrrogster Před 3 lety +1

    Less hype and more objectivity please. So the infotainment system is like an Iceberg rising? 14.5" screen? But it's only 2" high. I think Genesis already has some slick advertising on the way. This isn't one of them, but he's trying just the same.

    • @rosenthalstevek8869
      @rosenthalstevek8869 Před 3 lety

      Objectively speaking...the GV80 is one heck of a machine inside and out...especially for the price...in my humble opinion. Now if you take the size of the ocean and the size of actual icebergs...and make the corresponding size to ratio calculation with the GV80 dash... Then the 14.5" screen rising two whole inches (or more) up out of the dash is quite impressive to say the least!!! I stand by my review...and thank you for watching it and your helpful feedback..:) Steve

    • @lowlanz
      @lowlanz Před 3 lety +2

      You are advertising your lack of knowledge lol. Screen sizes are based on the diagonal length of a screen, which means that if it has 14.5" of screen size, it doesn't matter what shape it is. The area of the screen is the same regardless of the ratio. You should know this if you have learned anything about Pythagorean theorem. You must have thought that the size is measured by its widths didn't you haha. Try educate yourself before picking on others

    • @rosenthalstevek8869
      @rosenthalstevek8869 Před 3 lety +2

      @@lowlanz Wow... After allllll these years I finally know how to measure a TV screen, PC monitor, or even a vehicle's Infotainment or instrumentation cluster screen! That's amazing! I can't thank you enough!! I was wondering... If it's not too much trouble... Could you teach me how to measure a vehicle's Ground Clearance too?!?!? Because that's way beyond my comprehension...especially if it has anything to do with calculating the hypotenuse of a right triangle...which I try not to do if I can help it. Thanks..:) Steve
