I'm still trying to figure out how he does it. Lol. He will take a big pile of wood over to the stove when it needs loaded and I'm like no way thats all going to fit....and it does!
Those lanterns are for outdoor use only. Lanterns are too close to insulation which makes for a fire hazzard. Why do all homestead men have beards?
Any flame from a fire is intended for light and heat. Lanterns can be used for light inside or outside. Insulation is made from fiberglass and takes well over 3000 degrees to melt. Way more heat then that lantern can produce.
Well I have a beard on the homestead because it's easier, I like it, it keeps my face warm, and it's very expensive to shave everyday. Can't speak for the rest of the guys that have beards on homesteads.
