- What might be considered a cardinal sin if you get a colorful iPhone? Covering it with a black case! The solution? Get a protective clear one! I've tested a ton of iPhone cases over the last decade and here are my Top 10 clear iPhone 14 Cases!
Now the majority of these cases are multi-material cases. None of the hard polycarbonate cases like the Apple Clear Case, MagBak Clear Case and products from Gear4 or Tech21 made it into the top 10 because of handling issues.

Was hoping the new rhino shield clear MagSafe case woulda been in this versus the bumper. Customized backs and it feels like a rock.

No mention of the Otterbox Defender Series XT Clear case? I completely agree with you about the Otterbox Symmetry cases which is why my 14 Pro is wearing the Defender Series for the first time since the iPhone Xr. The Defender cases have a locking front ring around the phone and allow the installation of a screen protector. The Camera bump protector extends about the surface of the camera lenses and the case is both light and has textured grip panels down the sides as part of the design. Add in that here in Australia it's cheaper to import the Defender series over the Casetify and for me the choice was easy. I was suprised to not see it in your lineup.

Sweet. I think my favorite is the Catalyst Influence.
I still think the Mous one should be ranked lower because of that camera protection, still have my camera scratched because of that 😔, the catalyst one is surely a must! Don’t get me wrong it’s so beautiful (the Mous one, specially the iridescent), but the drop protection… well that’s a problem.

I think I've been using RhinoShield products/cases for over 10 years now, and have thankfully never managed to crack a screen or glass back. Despite copious amounts of falls and careless yeeting, too. I'm sure other brands have surpassed them by now, but I still feel like the designs they offer for their SolidSuit line are among the most aesthetically pleasing.

I'm surprised the ESR case with kickstand around the camera didn't make your list. It's a very good clear case, clicky buttons, nice kickstand.

Recommendation for future videos: Rate the strength of the MagSafe. I recently bought a Casetify Ultra Impact for my iPhone 12 pro max, but I returned it because the MagSafe for my Popgrip wasn't very good. I bought the Mous Limitless 4.0 (no clear color, unfortunately), and the MagSafe is much stronger and more reliable.
I bought the Casetify impact version with the clear snake skin (SEXY) and the magnet is very strong. You might have gotten a defective case?

PhoneRebel has some super strong magnets! I have the PhoneRebel Flex Case and it’s amazing! I love being able to feel the phone but I also use a Magnetic Popsocket and it’s never fallen off. Ever.

I have learned and decided over the years not to unbox a new iPhone without having a case ready. 😂😆 I bought the Apple clear magsafe because I didn’t have many options to choose from and it was simple. I quickly learned later that evening that it is too slippery. The sides are hard and slippery - there is nothing to hold/grip on to so I had to find a replacement asap the next day. It’s day 3 and I’m gonna have to buy something online because I’m not driving all over town looking for a good case. 😭😱

I personally loved the Lifeproof cases especially the Next case with the clear back to show my iPhone off because I agree the worst thing you can do is get a colered iPhone and cover it up. In your opinion what case can I get that is very similar to the lifeproof next case since they don’t make them anymore?
I dont think there is a you-tuber in this world that makes unbiased videos about ip cases like you do. keep up the good work!! one small request, please also mention weight of the case as most of the times cases add a ton of weight on phone resulting in wrist pain.

For me, the ESR is the best because of their HaloLock system. Very strong magnet.
Sad that The new Rhinoshield Clear Case with MagSafe was not avaible in Time for the iPhone 14. only for the 13 already. Hope u will review it in the Future

Does the MagSafe part pop out and stay on your phone? I bought a cheaper case on Amazon to get it here faster when I ordered my phone. Had it a few days and took the case off today to see that and I’m not a fan. I need a clear or opaque case for work and I’m looking for good protection and MagSafe

Just picked up a pair crystal matter for 15 pro. Seems good. 21fydrop,MagSafe and kickstand.
My biggest problem with cases like the otterbox symmetry, uag plyo, etc, the seam. Comes apart after a year or less. Up until iPhone 7 I never had cases fall apart the way they do now.

Sporting the Apple clear case, it’s not bad. Just didn’t want to deal with a cheaper case, my old Spigen case was garbage.

Love my castify case. Enough of boring clear cases and slap some cool designs on it. Yes it’s expensive but it’s personality and I don’t change cases like how ppl changes clothes every now and then.
Have you tried the Nomad rugged case yet? I got this one and I’m curious if it’s protectiveness it’s rated for 15 feet and it’s super comfy in the hand, I just don’t want to test it’s protection myself 😅😅😅

The Limitless 5.0 did make his top list of all iPhone 14 cases. This one only covered clear ones.

The Rhinoshield screen protector doesn't work with the Ghostek Covert case. At least it didn't for me. The case would push in on the edge of the screen protector and cause it to lift off.

How did the ESR Krystec Clear Case rate? I just picked one up and it’s pretty great (comparing to my Rhinoshiled Mod NX)

@@peaupi not at all, which is probably why it wasn’t in the top 10. It has slightly larger corners and little edges to keep the back of the iPhone off the table. The buttons are pretty nice. I’m surprised based on the cost (under $30)

Thanks for this video. I went with the Catalyst. I love the grip, the texture, and the ability to put a loop on any of the four corners. Plus it looks good! I was turned off by the shiny look of Mous, and the branding on the camera area from Casetify.

You gotta try the phone rebel crystal it is the best one and mous and casetify to expensive tho I’m not gonna spen over $100 AUD on a case not even over $80 phone rebel is only $65 which isn’t that bad and I can’t use your links bc I’m in Australia 😮

I feel like you could split these cases into two category’s. Rugged and simple. I love my clear cases but hate the bulky ones.
I’ve been using my Ringke Fusion clear matte case for over 2 years and can honestly say it’s the best simple clear case I’ve come across so far
