Hello from Norway again! I have a question about replacing EGR valve on my Peugeot 607 2,2 HDI 2004 model. Is it very difficult to do so and where are the location of the EGR Valve? Can you give me a tip on that? Thank's for all help before and hope you will make many more 607 videoes! :-)
Its something i see on this 607 already, i did the air doser and heat exchanger removal as you can probably see, videos currently recorded to be edited. I have another 607 for spares i can look into the EGR Removal. Although i have an EGR video planned for a 2.0 hdi on the Xsara I can do, it doesn't blank/remove it, but does show how to disable it to get rid of the symptoms of a faulty EGR valve. Stupid part, the car smoked like a train with the faulty valve, yet with it disabled the car ran fine with no smoke

Servicing wise as you can probably tell its almost identical the 2.0. It can give DPF problems hence why these cars go so cheap, mine seems fine but there are cheap solutions to that issue Certainly if you are buying a 607 it needs the 2.2, i drove a 2.0 110 and the performance was best described as slow

Hi there, the first things to check would be the fuses responsible for the ABS pump, and any wires going to the pump itself check the plug on the pump for any corrosion on the pins which may cause this issue.
Have a look for Peugeot 406 2.2 hdi air doser bypass. It was a part i made up, should still have CAD files and drawings, find Peugoetcitroen2cv on facebook if you need any images sent.
Yves CHOUTEAU Id rather not, you are more than welcome to get a 607 and preform the work on it whilst videoing it but these videos take me a lot of time and effort to make so i dont want to just hand them over for 3rd party use.

I have a slight hankering for one of these...
How is the 2.2 lump compared to the 2.0? I know the 2.0 are pretty bullet proof.

Hello, I saw your intake manifold. My question is, How did you made this "one pipe" manifold. I have two pipe instead one.
