Just discovered your channel. I’m half Filipino, and born and raised in Hawaii. my grandparents are from illocos Norte. I like a lot of Filipino food, but I have to say oxtail kare kare is one of my favorite Filipino dishes along with adobo. Learned to make it myself from CZcams. Watched a few different versions and made one. I know how I like my kare kare and adjust to my taste. Like how you share Filipino food culture with friends and seeing their reactions.
