I was also hesitate to use these kits. I watched some videos on youtube and started using the kit. My hair loss is at stage 4 with dandruff and I work in very polluted area. It's been 2 months...my dandruff and itching problem is complwtely gone. Now I m using minoxidil....let's see what happens. Till now I m happy.

Please invest money in research, doctors, and application rather than investing it in advertisement. All your products are the same for everyone, so there is no customization that you're screaming day in and out. These are very generic medicines that every other dermatologist will suggest. And the best part, everything thing is outsourced, which means you don't make anything at home. It's just under your name. Please stop making fools of people. I don't think you guys have even in-house doctors.
No Sarthak. This is not the case. Not all kits are same. There is a bit of change in every kit depending on the situation of the person. I am saying this because my Brother-in-Law, my friend and me are on the treatment and we have received different products as per our situation.
And the point you did rise about the Doctors, they have a team as I have myself talked to 3 different doctors of their team.
Unfortunately you are wrong. I took my Traya kit after getting referred from a friend and there were differences in our tablets and shampoo.
Also, when I got kidney stones I informed my Traya coach and who asked me about it in detail and then got back to me after consulting their doctor and asked me to stop taking one medicine as it contains vitamins and minerals which affects one who has kidney stones.
Overall I had a good experience with the hair coach and the team. I guess you should be more open towards sharing things with your hair coach to get better results 😄
