Are these millets okay for Diabetic patients .. They are high in carbs (similar to other grains), so I am worried that these can spike the blood glucose level.. please suggest
Siridhanya millets release glucose slowly over a period of 5-6 hours after consumption as per dr khadar who advocates their use according to the protocol laid out by him. Check out his videos on youtube and his page, Dr Khadar Lifestyle on Facebook before you embark on this journey.

Personally I am not diabetic.. my Fasting blood glucose level is 88, hba1c is 5.1 .. but I am exploring these millets for one of my family members.. will try to find out scientific evidence before suggesting these millets to my family member.. If you have any scientific study about these millets, please share.. thanks again ..

Very useful information about millets.
Millets are suggested for weightloss diet. In your slides you have shown that carbohydrate content of every millet is very high ( more than 60%) .
Then how are these suggested for weightloss ?
They are not suggested for weight loss. Weight loss is natural when consuming siridhanya as they are very high in fibre. So one cannot eat as much of it as one would eat wheat or rice

Oats are healthy but not instant oats. Eat old fashioned rolled oats or steel cut oats as they're least processed.

we start preparation for Millet amabali previous day and eat next day morning. Can we cook and eat Amabali for 3 times a day . If we can can eat ambali 3 times a day , should we store ambali in fridge for afternoon lunch and evening dinner or keep the ambali outside .How many grams of millets is needed daily .
You can wat ambali 3 times daily when you start then reduce to twice then once daily. You can store in fridge if it is too hot outside but never reheat it. It will kill the microbes. About 30 grams of millets per meal can be taken.

Itching to nahi hoti agar iski allergy nahi hai. Constipation na ho iske liye Pani jyada piye aur millets ko raat bhar pani mein bhigo ke rakhein.
