Paralysis rune = unstoppable
If you restoration loop, you can enchant a piece of jewellery that increases your destruction spell attribute, which also increases the range, so you can cover the whole of skyrim with your cloak, and if anything is your enemy they will die but NPCs who are allies won't die

I imagine this ancient immortal vampire who becomes so good at destroying living creatures from such a range that he forgets there are creatures alive other than himself. He only hears the sounds of screams in the distance, thinking they are ghosts

It's too bad that the Corprus cure was only known to have worked for the Nerevarine, as that served as functional immortality + all disease resistance.

Haha, I only have one self-imposed rule in Skyrim: no character is allowed to use bows if I level his stealth, and no character who uses bows is allowed to put perks or intentionally level stealth.

This might be my new favorite build, tied with the necromancer build that uses the Ritual Stone attached to the Aetherial Crown and Ahzidal’s Ring of Necromancy

Currently I’m starting a new build, don’t know what it’s even going to come out to in the end lol, but I got the Diadem of the Savant **((All spells in the entire game have their cast time and recharge times reduced by 5%. Doesn’t feel like a lot but this included Shouts. It reduces the cooldown of shouts too))**
Gonna go heavy with the shouting powers and absolutely destroy all Dragons in the game with the most broken weapon I’ve ever personally made in the entire game. Max enchanting, put Absorb Health and Fire/Frost/Lightning using a Black Soul Gem ((Dupe glitch them)).
Even with max smithing you cannot upgrade the base damage of the Woodcutting axe, so it will always be a measly 8 damage per swing. But who cares? The Absorb Health with max enchanting and a Black Soul Gem will deal upwards of 45 health damage and heal **You** for 45 health every single swing.
On top of that, I like to go with Fire damage because of the small over time damage effect from fire, which has been coming out at around 50 damage per swing.
**ON TOP OF THAT!!** if you go with the left side perk of One Hand and max out hack and Slash, because it’s an Axe it will also do absurd levels of Bleeding damage.
So every swing can do upwards of 100+ damage, plus fire over time damage, plus ridiculous Bleeding Damage, and it heals you every swing…… **And I came to realize the Woodcutting axe is one of, if not THE fastest swing Axe in the entire game.**

I have this one dumb build im trying to make (mind you im not a genius at skyrime) and im trying to make a fist only build which right now at level nine it hits harder then my main character base attack
I always just abuse the equipment stacking glitch and get five amulets of talos with one hundred percent shout cooldown reduction. Favorite shout combo is summon durnhviir, call odahviing, storm call, then bend will on odahviing to ride him. looks cool and feels like a god

@@thecreaminator1729 Player dmg on legendary is 0.25x and dmg taken is 3x. Skyrim's vanilla difficulty system is pathetic. Almost everything on that difficulty is awful, without abusing exploits.

Another fun one is getting shock atronachs, and using them as tesla coils for the chain lightning spell. Since theyre immune to shock damage the lightning wont damage them but the chaining to multiple npcs still triggers. Or if you're using a mod like ordinator,the shocked to life perk for conjuration works the same way for necromancers,while also buffing your raised undead

I remember avoiding cloak spells like the plague on my second playthrough, because J'zargo's damn scrolls turned Lydia against me. She was _my_ meatshield.

Yeah the Unbound Storms spell is ludicrous. I made a playthrough a week ago and kinda messed it up for myself by powerleveling perks and dumping all my points into stamina and Magicka.
On one hand, I could basically run halfway across Skyrim with my stamina Regen enchants at like 140% before my bar actually ran out, and with similar Magicka Regen from max level enchant with 2 enchants on every piece of gear, I never had to worry about spells draining my Magicka.
But my God. I got trapped in a sunken fortress fighting against a Master Necromancer because I was technically level 40 so I should be powerful all around…… But my health was garbage, absolutely trash.
The only way I could get out of that temple and kill the Master Necromancer was by hiding behind a cabinet so he couldn’t snipe me from across the little stream ((I didn’t pull the lever to bring the bridge down so he was stuck shooting ice bolts at me)) and I would just spam the fuck out of Unbound Storms.
Took me several minutes because that did drain my Magicka and I had to full bar burst him 3-4 times to kill him. I started a new character after that and I’m taking my health points much more seriously this time 😂

Use enchanting to create the best destructions spell robe to drain less magic then cast unbounded storm and teleport far away

Running pots is the only way for mages to be viable in late game. Fortify destruction is op as you just need nightshade and glowing mushrooms to make it
The current build I’m going for is what I’m calling the One True Dragonborn. The Diadem of the Savant’s 5% recharge reduction also effects shouts, not just regular spells. A shout is technically a type of spell.
My main weapon will be a Woodcutting Axe. Yes, that’s right. that pathetic 8 base damage Woodcutting axe you need if you want to chop wood for some quick gold. With max Hack and Slash, the Axe is affected by the Bleeding buff.
Max enchanting, 100% better enchants and the ability to put 2 enchants. Absorb Health and Fire is what I’m going with for the fire DoT. Using a Black Soul Gem ((Dupe glitch for unlimited amounts)), plus max enchanting, you should get the following stats on your Woodcutting Axe:
40-45 Absorb Health damage. Target is hurt for 40-45 points per swing and Player is healed for 40-45 hits per swing.
50-60 Fire Damage. Target is hurt for 50-60 points per swing and receives half, so 25-30 damage over 2 seconds.
Bleeding Effect is Applied to the target with every swing. With max Hack and Slash, it can be upwards of 30+ damage over 2 seconds of bleeding.
So, in total this crummy little Woodcutting axe goes from 8 base damage per swing, to over 100 damage per swing, plus over 50 damage dealt out over 2 seconds. **And the Woodcutting Axe is also the fastest swinging axe in the entire game.**

dude you can be come a literal nuke if you just get any random cloack spell use forify resto loop to make ridiculous potions then you can basically inta kill every hostile enemy in skyrim in a single second

Magic resistance isn’t magic immunity, so this guy would just wait behind a door while his cloak spells slowly killed the bandit.

Speaking as a Spiffing Brit watcher, my first thought was "you use the Fortify Restorarion loop +enchantinf + shenanigans untip you can increase the strength of your destruction spells, use normal Flame Cloak, and nuke the map." This option is cooler conceptually than the Spiffing Brit option, but is also significantly lower range and most likely lower damage, therefore not making it quite as useful for use in nuclear warfare.

If you really want to break this you can use the multiple-equip prison glitch to wear both dragons masks 🎭 on top of the bloodworm helm, adding another +25% to both shock and fire spell damage.

One of the funniest things I did in skyrim was mix some broken fortify destruction potions.
Enter a dungeon.
Literally tap a button to flare up an AoE spell.
Then walk through the dungeon seeing every enemy already dead.
At least they will die never witnessing the eyesore that is that helmet.
It was awesome, however being a vampire is annoying and a pain in the ass so I will just continue to one shot people with elemental blast

Dragon flesh, plus Mara’s wrath, repeatedly using paralyze rune, and spam any destruction spell of your choosing at the enemy is usually my go to when I’m trying to feel like a god. Or just get x30 backstab with daggers, pacify, go invisible and backstab everything in sight.

I discovered these two spells last night and they are sooooo insanely overpowered that it’s actually cheating. Everything dies instantly all at once. 4 frost trolls in less than a second all died at once.
Unbounded Storms is basically the Storm Call shout but repeatable.

I always considered crafting 100% destruction spell cost down to be the ultimate setup. Being able to just spam whatever you want literally forever is...well...totally fair and balanced
You can also use unbound storms to gain levels crazy fast. You have to get get the spell then either go to riften or markarth. Then duel wield when at one of the cities, use the spell with both hands but the second you use it you have to open the menu while still holding down r2 and l2 or Rt and Lt or whatever the buttons to use the spell are on your device. Then while in the menu and still holding down the buttons, fast travel to the other city (so if you went to riften go to markarth) while still holding down the buttons and when you get there you will gain a bunch of levels.
this reminds me of that one x-man who’s power was just to melt everyone who was inside his radius
