Always loved that antique mall, a great place to loose yourself in. That pink nailhead opaline bowl looks like Fenton. A few weeks ago the Universe presented the same bowl to me in aqua glass, after hoarding it for a few weeks, I broke down and listed it in my Etsy Shop. I learned a long time ago, in order for the Universe to present you with new treasures, I had to learn to let go.

well done! For a cute Christmas outfit, That fringy skirt, would be pretty with a big cream woolen sweater with a big Christmas pin on your shoulder, a red 50's headband, and nylons with granny type boots.

I saw a great tip , from Martha Stewart, on how to remove price stickers. Use a hair dryer to heat up the glue & they wipe right off.

I bought a set of stainless steel mixing bowls, with S&H Green Stamps, the first year we were married. I so love them, they are not heavy to handle which is important when you are mixing cookies or a cake. That was 1968. Wonder if my daughter would love them as much as I do??? 🥰

OMG the fire escape really brought back childhood memories, and I’m 73 years old so you know how old that school was!! Lots of wonderful shopping to be done in that building. Need a whole day to see it all.

What a fantastic place for an antique mall! I saw a dozen things I would buy. The other day I visited a local thrift store for the first time in a year. I was in it the previous week with a matching pair of lamps for $10 ea. in my cart when lightening struck a nearby power station and they had to close the store. Even though I had the exact change, they would not sell the lamps because the register wouldn’t work. 😭 No decent lamps this time but I found a new shade for $3 to replace a vintage one (falling apart) plus a dozen other finds. After cleaning up everything and glueing felt to the bottom of a few pieces, I went through my cupboards and filled a box for the thrift store. When I bring home new gems, I have to give away at least as many so I don’t become a hoarder. 🤣 Thanks for the great video!
