I struggle with depression and PTSD, and there are times when I feel like giving up. As a single mom, I need to work for my kids. Balancing work while fighting this battle is incredibly challenging. I'm really happy and inspired by the comments here. I've never had social media until getting insta 2 years ago and realized my rationale for avoiding social media all those years was completely correct. It can be poisonous and change the reason you do things. Screw it. Live for you and those you love. Not for 'likes' and attention on social media. We will never be happy with a life that requires constant validation like that. Stay strong and do your best work in all your do. And don't compare to others. Compare to who you were yesterday and ask yourself if you are making things better.

God has been great to me. Carried me through the storms as a child and an adult. He has been walking with daily for over three years fight stage-4 Colon Cancer, that had also already traveled to both of my lungs and liver. Cancer Markers were over 800 at time of diagnoses. I had not been sick or having any side effects effects prior to my second routine colonoscopy. I first colonoscopy was totally clean..... I three years I have had over 60 treatments and multiple test. God is with us open your mind and heart...

I am currently battling stage 4 colorectal cancer. My prognosis is about one year or less. I have been struggling with depression but at the same time Iam ready to go home to our Lord. I am not afraid, for I know my loved ones will be there to greet me.
