There's also the game of fire and ice, and the hardest song on there would be galaxy collapse.
That rhythm game has a control that's easy to understand, time the ball correctly and press any button to move but because of some levels being so quick, the timing becomes ridiculous.

By the way, in osu, there is a map harder than galaxy collapse known as scattered faith made by the same artist and is essentially the sequel to galaxy collapse, it is 11 stars and loved. If we are counting unranked maps, the hardest not meme and spam map would be a 13 star of a song made by a band named infant annihilator
Galaxy Collapse and Scattered Faith are about as hard. Both 11 stars. I included Galaxy Collapse because it's more well known.

Fnf was my first introduction to rhythm games (kinda) and seeing this scares me
don't be intimidated too much! These are the "hardest" songs like the title says, all these games have very easy songs and difficulties to ease you into the game.
fnf is just easier 4key beat mania, osu mania, and eterna, easily adaptable into Sound voltex (SDVX), IIDX (7key game) and taiko. Most of them are free on PC or fan made, so give them a try!

EDIT: I say Hataraku 2000 on the DS now, Its fast pace movements make it so difficult, DS has the hardest songs in the series

DJMAX has Nightmare from DJMAX 2. That one is hard on all difficulties. On SC from DJMAX Respect V (Super Crazy, its meant for keyboard play) it is rated a 15 star. Which is the max star count.
There is also BLYTHE from the first DJMAX Portable, that one is just aids. ESPECIALLY ON MAXIMUM, IT IS GRACE NOTE HELL.
Really anything that is a 13 star or higher can be a stresser to your fingers
