I loved all the items, especially the sterling butterfly pin at the end! I'm just so sad that I'm unable to get anything, due to being in Australia. 😢
And no, you are NOT being unreasonable in any way. I agreed with everything you were saying in regards to paying on time, non negotiable pricing, and items being non refundable and no returns. I actually think that's VERY reasonable.
