Harry, could you please address the possibility or probability of the 11th circuit intervening *without* a writ of mandamus or appeal filed by special counsel? They can see the absolute mess Cannon has made of this case. They shouldn’t need to be asked to step in and fix it. The reputation and credibility of their jurisdiction and the wider judicial system is at stake.
They see everything she's done for months and have done and continue to do nothing. Deplorable.

Glen Kirschner encouraged some of his listeners to write complaints to the 11th circuit. Apparently they got several thousand AND STARTED THROWING THEM AWAY.

Every single person involved with the Republican party and on the benches are protecting their leader. They know nothing will be done. The fix has been in from day one.
Judge Cannon not only needs to be removed from this case but she needs to be removed permanently from the bench PERIOD! Americans that believe in the justice system are getting tired of her antics and Jack Smith just taking her abuse of power.!!!
I think her inexperience makes her afraid of proceeding. I think she is afraid of embarrassing herself via her rulings and handling of the case, so she delays and delays and looks for bizarro things to have argued because they are safer than hearing the real case. I think her lack of experience makes her biased towards search for and latching onto a reason to dismiss the case: A dismissal is another way to avoid embarrassment. She's like the kid who can't sing that somehow landed in a major role in a high school musical play.

The broader picture, is that a visibly corrupt MAGA judge, is openly thwarting the best efforts of the government to protect the security of ALL US citizens from the continuing criminal activities of a convicted felon, and is - amazingly - being allowed to do so.

Her goal is to delay the case past the election, which is exactly what she's doing by holding these hearings and issuing paperless orders

i've watched as judges dug in their nose and examined the results, slept, red-faced screamed at and/or personally insulted people, and taken blatantly racist actions against defendants.
one called myself and another department of corrections employee to the bench to instruct us that we "will dress professionally in my courtroom from now on, and that means skirts and heels for you lovely ladies".
if there was somebody else who could tell a judge what to do and how to behave in that judge's own courtroom, then that other person would be the judge.
judges are the end of the line, the final word, in their courtrooms. that's why they're called 'judges'.

The three judges' of the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals who struck down two early decisions by Cannon had nothing to do with Thomas. He doesn't have total authority or control over the 11th Circuit Court.
It is Ginny Thomas, Leonard Leo and Alito telling her not to recuse from the case.
