The following things are important
1. US, UK, or Schengen Visa Should be Valid
2. Must have traveled on a visa to the US, UK, or Schengen states.
3. Valid Passport
4. Medical Insurance (with Covid)
5. Must fly on Saudi National carrier like Saudia, Flynas or Flyadeal
IMPORTANT:
It is also possible to travel to the holy cities of Makkah and Medina for the purpose of Umrah and Ziyarat.

How can you travel next time when you have to go through your home country immigration (assuming your Scehengen visa expires); there is no visa proof other than handwritten number.

The VISA NEEDS TO BE STAMPED ONCE.

It should be a valid visa, with an entry and exit stamp on it.
Only then u are eligible for visa on arrival in Saudi Arabia.
Get your separate umrah done to avoid any chaos there.
1) I got the VOA on my passport , but it only a hand written visa number ( in arabic ) . From where can i download the actual visa document , so that i dont have an issue when i check-in the next time.
