I applied on visa 2 fly and i paid visa fees then they asked for flight tickets and hotel bookings I wasn’t sure if i will get visa before departure date so i had to cancel my visa request. I don’t know how to get visa before booking tickets and hotel bookings.

single name not allowed in UAE, add two names or a surname, for example Arun is not allowed but Arun Bhandar is allowed

To be honest nobody saw it on immigration but it is highly highly recommended. Dubai is very expensive and if something happens there you must have insurance

It depends from when your visa validity starts. If the visa is shows as valid from 9th then you cant travel on 8th. But why is it blocked ? Where are you trying to
