It was always my “fault.” If I didn’t look at him, if I didn’t say that, if I minded my own business, if I just learned to shut up, etc.etc., it would have all been “ok.” And in 46 years I never, ever heard an I’m sorry. That is the absolute truth. I was always a “good girl.”

I had no idea what type of man I was in a relationship with. I missed all the red flags. When he discarded me was when I really discovered narcissistic abuse and behaviour. I can tell you it was a shock to my system.
It went downhill quickly. I believe I caused some ego injury.
That’s when the anger rage was released in front of me. Three years on after being abandoned in Spain with nothing but false promises and the threats of being made homeless.
I have appeared five times in Spanish Courts.
Three times in the gender violence courts on advice from solicitors.
And once for precarious eviction where a judge ruled I could be evicted. Then once as the accused as the ex filed 7 criminal allegations against me. The court documents contained fabrications the statements were fiction.
Lies lies lies.
Allegations included defamation slander harassment misappropriation theft. Five of those allegations have been dismissed by the Judge. Now only defamation and damages remain.
The ex did not like the truth that I self published in my first book.

My slightly younger brother has a special kind of envy turned to hate, to destroys what is good. Addicted to lying, addicted to shopping, obsessed with comparing who is more success financially, while posing like he knows it all. Scary evil to have an enemy, (brother?) that sticks his nose in all my business, to justify raging about reality not being fair. I sacrificed planned went without, worked harder to save for the future, while he lived on pleasure island. I even helped him build equity, he cashed in his chips to go on a 10 year hiatus vacation.... why be jealous, he made his choices to spend it all, narcs. can't be honest with themselves.

I have learned a lot from your videos and I am trying to pass along everything you say to my daughter, because it's her boyfriend who is the narcissist. He definitely does EVERYTHING you speak about. And now we are getting evicted because he has been lying to us for months that he pays the rent, but hasn't been paying. This eviction is probably the best thing that could have happened because my daughter and I can break free from the narcissist. Both of us agree that we need to find a home and move without him living with us.

I dont mean that they are innocent or trustworthy. I mean that they LIE WITHIN THEMSELVES, TO THEMSELVES, and also dont perceive reality as a concrete fact. They think that their own wishes are more concrete than reality. They dont only feel more entitled than others, but some of them also feel more entitled THAN REALITY!

It was a grooming process and it got so bad I had to flee to save my children... I'm so glad we got out when we did. It was getting insanely dangerous for my children and myself. The night before I got out he threatened me so I played possum and didn't sleep; the children had their yearly doctor appointments the next day so I played nice and even asked him if he wanted to go (knowing he would say no) I had already packed 3 small bags saying we were going shopping & to have a picnic at the park and I got out. I was forced into basically playing a chess game with him. It worked. I prayed to god that night to just please let us get out alive and that I'd never lose my faith in God again. I do believe God, spirit and my intuition DEFINITELY saved our lives that night. 🙏🌟☯️💪💜😉♐️⚖️

I never caught him cheating, but by 7 years into the marriage, intimacy was nonexistent. He was very emotionally and physically distant.

Narcissists think that some people are inanimate objects who were put on earth so that years and years later when those people come into the narcissists' lives, those people can help the narcissists to make sure their needs get met.
Starting when I was nineteen, before I'd ever heard that men objectify women and the ways they do, that rapists, child molesters and serial killers objectify their victims, I had realized that plain people who use working-class jobs of theirs to delude themselves that they get to be wealthy business types and to power-trip, think that certain people have to help them to ego-trip these ways and also by never saying or doing anything to cause the _control freak_ in them to feel at a loss of control because that was what these people were made for. I got the feeling that these narcissists reasoned that I and others weren't real and that our lives up until meeting them was merely but "filler" until that very precise moment and not a femptosecond earlier and didn't mean zip for anything else.
I have noticed that narcissists automatically think that other people's lives have zero value if they aren't their children, significant others, parents, friends or people that for whatever reason(s) the narcissist has a particular fondness for or someone the narcissist thinks needs to be on earth for his or her benefit.
They believe all this to be so true that they think the people whose lives they've deemed as having zero value wholeheartedly agree with them about how (1) their own lives have zero value and that (2) only the people whom the narcissist thinks have lives with any value, actually do.
This is why the narcissist becomes surprised and even weirded out when someone who never did anything to them isn't submissive to them for having messed with them.
In my opinion, a narcissist starts off thinking that people who are no one in their lives have lives that are of zero value. Then, if those people say or do something to make the narcissist hate their guts and liver, offend them, hurt their feelings, upset them, insult their intelligence, affront their sensibilities, sicken them, make them furious and appalled, the narcissists therefore thinks their lives have way way way lower value than just zero value. To state the obvious, narcissists think that everything is about them.
ALL narcissists also think that they are owed so much in life by perfect strangers they've unrelentingly messed with.

My narcissistic boss has tried to make a deal woth the bog client. They do not accept to sign the contract! They have had +400 meetings already - without any result. When do they stop! I wosh that the client won’t sign because definetely, my narcissistic boss is cheating. She cheated me with the work contract. I would never sign anything with them. But, I think that those business people have guts, an intuition. It is not a small deal, it is millions, about building huge buildings. The contract is about sharing the costs or something like that and certainly my boss cheats, or tries. Please, do not sign, do not sign! In some way, she won’t do her part of a deal.
He’s said already, she’s done the same to other people, all she wants to do is smear my name. The police had this on tape but I wasn’t given it in an SAR. I just worry the judge will believe him. I just need to know how to prosecute, how to question. Oh he’s written that I was abusive and blaming me for his rage.

The new narcissistic employee won. I have to find another job because the manager and union representative believes her lie that i text her when she's off the clock and she considers it harassment.
I have evidence on my phone that she texts me but that's not good enough. Management and union representative told me to cut it out or i will be fired.
Unfortunately, my narcissist (felon) and physically abusive soon to be ex husband is a union representative (not the same one) and is friends with my union representative.
I have no where to go.
3 years and with good performance out the door.
You can't win. If you work with a narcissist, leave the company. They always have the upper hand even when they are awful at their job, and you have documentation and concrete evidence.

Right now I’m being told I’ve been cheating n to let her know when I’m ready to come clean. I haven’t cheated and asked to see what misunderstandings I can clear up. So she says “looks like I won’t be coming clean so stay away from her”. Is she the one cheating cause it feels awkward lately n weird behavior.
