That made great music, but it was not music everyone liked or related to.

The reason why Jay rock isn't at hot as the rest of tde is because he's the most estranged. He's on a label with lyrically based & sometimes positive people and is the only one who keeps his music to that nostalgiac gangsta LA sound. Not saying he's not lyrical but he focuses more on what that gangsta genre brought to the table when it started. Hes personally my favorite on TDE.
