Adrian Belew is a legendary guitarist well-known for his diverse travels around the musical map. He is a multi-instrumentalist whose solo records are critically acclaimed. A brilliant concert, Adrian is the real master of ceremony and his band is amazing, I saw him twice once with Bowie and the other time with King Crimson.

The “Pop-Sided” songs reminded me of this. I have loved Belew since he left Zappa’s “rockin’ teenage combo.” I just wish he’d stop trying to hit the big time and be the Twang Bar King who talked Elephant and rushed into the lobby life of hurry up and wait. The Seine alone at 4 AM, the insane alone at 4 AM.
He is ONE of the BEST!

Dude!!! What a show! Adrian is definitely bold and knows how to rock! This is the greatest version of Theila Hun Ginjeet I have ever heard! At one point, I thought Jimmy Page was going to come out in the middle of that song and play with his theremin... Loved the energy and chemistry!

Fripp is the most dedicated and serious which is ok
Fun for me is Belew, Zappa, Roy Buchanan, Rick Nielson, Albert King, and many others but I love Belew and what he did to bridge the analogue with the digital. The Edge took it too far.
Adrian deserves our deep appreciation. Well, mine at least.

Recently renovated to include more seats in the balcony. The Ardmore Music Hall has been a rock and roll bar outside Philadelphia for well over forty years under the names "23 East" and "Brownies" before taking the AMH name.

Jeff Buckley was very influenced by Adrian as he was a King Crimson fan (said in an interview apparently)
