Dude, handle the safety issues first. That much play in the steering is dangerous and if all it needs is rack bushings and tierods then that's far cheaper then anything else that you want to do before it. You should also look up how to do the 300ZX brake conversion without a kit. I think it's mostly just parts bin stuff from other Nissans so you can buy most of it from Rockauto or the parts store for far less. You also should probably do the 5 lug conversion at the same time to save on work.
1.6 nb mx5 owner here. My car was stock with 110 hp. So it probably has a little less than the 240 but because of the miata’s lower weight it would possibly feel quicker.
Hey bro, I just found your channel a month ago. I really fw you & the crew. I like the content & want you guys to succeed. I would just like to say keep grinding pushing out the content & chasing the bag. Also, not criticizing you but when you’re driving keep your hands parallel in the positing to feel the car more but you don’t have to it. Feed the steering wheel instead Of grabbing it from the top, just good practice for grip/drift. Also, with the 240sx depending on what you want to do with it I would suggest dialing the drivetrain & suspension first to get it setup for touge because you can be faster with that and maybe if you can’t find a sr20 you can maybe do a k-swap but idk it’s your car up to you. Keep doing what you do bro!!! 💯❤️
Rockauto or store bought z32 calipers, rotors and pads are going to be way cheaper than any kit you find online. Just get conversion lines off GKTech or something. Wouldn't take too long to find a z32 in a yard if you want to pull the parts off the rear knuckles for a 5-lug+Parking Brake conversion. You could get the Energy Suspension master bushing set, and the S14 polyurethane subframe bushings, a polyurethane transmission bushing, and a metal shifter bushing, all for decent enough prices. And you could even replace the stock shifter return springs with some heavier ones from a hardware store for like, $3.
Finally intercooler gonna be in soon in the rx7. I'm sure peeps will be willing to donate to help you the builds. You should do a vid on how much it will cost to do the compete build. We'll probably never as there will be something always to add
I've got a 93" NA miata, a 1.6, Its stupid slow off the line but once youre going, its easy to carry momentum through the corners. With the right tires and brakes it could be a weapon on the downhill Def not fast tho lmao
1994 NA Miata owner here, to answer your question yes it’s faster. To me I’d say Miata’s are slow from stop to start. Because first gear you’re getting no where. But In 3rd and 4th(canyons) you can be zooming, and with minimal braking during corners cus the handling is so good. You’re just gone. I know you’ve been joking about owning a Miata, I highly recommend it if you can get passed the slowness(sucks in group car rides). But Ive never been in a car that feels so at home on twisty roads.
I own a mazda miata 2003 nb, with 1.8L vvt engine and produces 140hp, not too slow or not too powerful either, but it can pull quite a bit on straights but they way faster on touge roads. what I can see from the video it just might be bit faster, than the 240sx. This has to do power to weight ratio.
I own a 1.6 na mx5. My car has 126 hp with an cold air intake everything else is stock but it rips. 100% best car to bring to the touge if your just looking for fun. Yes it is dual cam.
5:07 always put bricks in the rear and front of the rear tire to chalk it so it absolutely doesn't go anywhere ur better not brutally crushed than brutally crushed. Parking brake doesn't always work
I just took off my z32 calipers lol, didn’t fit with the wheels I want. I don’t plan on racing it so don’t mind not having crazy power. Hopefully it’s not terrible though lol
@@hiighcalibre They can't be slower than my old Ford Escort. 2.0L SOHC with 110HP. Driving on the highway wasn't a big deal but taking off from a stop with the A/C on was downright dangerous.
Solo driving brother fk yeah...where all just looking out for you and all the other people trying to use the road that's all haha I'm not a hater I just can't watch you make mistakes and then not at least try to educate you
Dude... you mess with your camera way way way way too often. Noticed it for a while. If you're not constantly looking backwards at your 360 cam. You're reaching and touching your GoPro non stop. Every video lol I use to do this, and you likely are not keenly aware just how much you are doing this. But it'a A LOT. I didn't think it was that bad until a buddy of mine pointed it out. Focus more on your driving, not the cameras. You can replace cameras, you cannot replace your life.
love you bro but a recommendation: when filming your face, i know it’s less awkward + more comfortable to hold the camera by your chest and have it pointing upwards towards your face. but try a vlog where when you film your face, hold the camera either face level or higher than your face. definitely is gonna be more awkward but see if u like that angle more

i hope everyone is having a good day
Thanks bruh it’s been pretty good
Ayyo thanks for that pov cam! On your touge drives, a small pov cam and the usual whole car view I think would be clean together!

Get a Honda fit. Great on gas easy to fix. Has tons of room inside. Cheap to buy. Has tons of parts. And can touge.
Literally anything can Touge if you try hard enough, as it's about the skill of the driver.
My man. I’ve only subbed to you today and seeing this, I don’t wanna see you get hurt bro, gotta get that steering wheel fixed. Stay safe

That 240sx needs some much 😅 but I love it. You are what I aspire to be idk if it’s a good thing or a bad thing 😂
bro you should enable channel memberships, i would totally pay 5 bucks a month to help you. maybe you could do member only livestreams
i don’t know anything abt cars, but this makes me wanna learn
The whole let people pass thing just made me so happy, too many people are losing the enjoyment of cars/bikes and are becoming way to egotistic
Tsuchi uploaded, powerful start to the week
PoV: Tsuchi without boost or VTEC be like:
Turbo blanket and a shroud around the intake filter should help out with temps a bit
Watching ur vids is something that I really enjoy keep it up 👍 💯

You should get spacers and wheels for prius
dawg it ignites my fight or flight watching u drive the 240😭😭stay safe bro
have a '99 NB with the DOHC 1.8 and i think they make around 140 horsepower stock. It's prob faster than the 240 but i wouldn't call it quick lmao
quick around the corners at least

Yes! Parking brake cable stretches
Meanwhile heres me with my 90hp TurboDiesel VW but it is kinda fast cuz lightweight :)
Probably makes more torque than my 2.0 NC
@@NootNC it has 148 lb-ft at 2000 rpm, thats also when the turbo spools, so iam always at boost and at peak torque when driving in curvy roads
7:44 Bro turned "ghetto" into an adverb😭
have a 1.8 and according to the internet it has about 140hp
I always ran 91 in my 240 back when it had the single cam lol

Get a 300zx and get that z1 sponsorship boi

new shirt idea "it doesnt leak that bad" *pool of oil*
just trunk mount the battery
I have a 1.8 NA Miata, and I think it probably would be faster than the 240sx, but pretty close, the 1.6 might not be. And yes they are DOHC.
I had a 1.6 decades ago. They are so unfathomably slow. 5k rpm in top gear to go highway speeds slow.
