- In Fate mode (DPS), use her Ult at the start of DPS combo to gain 100% crit

It's depend on your device after all if you have some lag issues that will be pretty hard to control but as far im use to trio there nothing hard for me to control just to learn at first then the rest will be piece of cake... Well you need to get HER first😂
0:52 i like how her scythe changes form too into a more offensive looking weapon with the sharper and longer blade compared to the support form.
Her hair and clothes wither to make the scythe more powerful which is why her dps form has less hair and clothing

@@gehrmansparr0w If you’re talking which ones gonna be more of use to you, it’s HoRB. It’s an entire battle suit whereas kiana’s outfit is, well, just an outfit. BUT, if you don’t really like HoRB, or you really want the outfit, get the outfit. Unless you’re really interested in scoring high in abyss or Memorial Arena, HoRB is just another battle suit to you. Get whichever you want more! Or save and see if there’s something else that gets announced that you want even more! Personally, I really want Kianas outfit, but I am a meta slave and I love Seele so I’ll probably save for HoRB.

@@Aurore_That goes for Ellie, Bronya, Kiana, and Mei. But Seele is a Herrscher who awakened/born from the Sea of Quanta. So it’s pretty much a crime 💀
Edit: Keep in mind this was before I actually got to properly play the chapter and before Homu Labs clarified her existence. For the players who are confused about her origin, yes she’s still Imaginary since Honkai Energy is Imaginary Energy and it could be transferred through many ways, with Saha and Cocoon being the main ones we know. That being said, she isn’t a “normal” herrscher, she just happens to have the same attributes as someone like Bronya would but she originates from Saha and not the Cocoon.

25 second impair changes the game. Especially for Hare, this basically puts her leagues above
That isn't the thing that makes Hare better if she is with Seele. The 100% crit rate is what makes her better to use as she currently has horrible crit rate.

@@simpoftunality extra crit rate doesn't make her stronger, only more comfortable to use. I think you underestimate just how big of a boost 25 second impair is compared to HoS who only gives out 15 second impair.
Any debuff for 25 seconds is overpowered. It's time for Senti to be replaced after reigning for 2 years

Man, her animations are just out of this world. I kinda wish her support form with the long hair was the model they chose for the dps mode. It looks more "dps-y" to me lol.
It does give me the AE impression but then again all the herrschers had long hair so i get what you mean
actually the shorter hair/dress form looks more suitable for dps mode if we look at it from the practical side

Super happy for Seele getting finally battlesuit that'll stay relevant for good while, for reference Senti's reign lasted for 22(!) patches and she's still powerful though like AE her age is clearly starting to show and its time for Senti-chan to join the old timer in valk retirement home.
Random thoughts:
- some worries that HoRB will be tuned too much in favor of Hare's kit when personally planning to keep skipping Hare so if too much of her powerbudged is placed in padding Hare's non-existent crit then other physical dps will suffer who have less need for it
- disappointed that HoRB doesn't have her own impair since she'll be stuck relying on Senti so for new players she isn't 2 in 1 valk like HoTR is
- 25 second impair is overkill so likely one of the first things to get adjusted
- not being QUA is to be expected since Hoyo doesn't want multiple QUA in one team chaining collapses, for example FR with her powercrept kit would still be (too) valuable in QUA content when paired with lightning QUA dps
- expecting her S0 dps to be slightly below SSS MPE (partially because MPE will have better supports) though perhaps we'll get melee or summon weather where HoRB will shine.
Same, worried about Seele being super tuned to cover Hare’s ass because she lacked so hard she needed that crit boost.
What I want is simple, a good DPS Seele please. Making her a universal physical support DPS is fine too but who knows
I wouldnt be surprised if they made her get a much reduced CD between herrscher forms and enable her to get a faster rotation or something like that, I bet she looks insane already

If you ult first in her DPS form, she gets 75% crit rate which is basically guaranteed crit rate. You use her ult at the start of the rotation
yeah i confuse why marrisa not start with ult first so many DPS lost from un-crit damage....a actualy with seele now physical running seems less frustating because you're no longer gacha crit on your run to reach highest score

So basically it’s more of there’s only a few that psychic type. And seele has quantum since introduction and even the deer thing looks like quantum beast in a way

but the literal chinese translation of her suit is "Life and Death" but the official is Rebirth, so in a way, rebirth and death are related.

Like @Ryuki said, her CN name is Herrscher of Death and Life '死生之律者' since is written with the characters 死生 which are 死=Death and 生=Life, instead of 重生 which directly translate to Rebirth, this is another case like with Herrscher of Truth where her name in CN read as True Reason (they probably didn't went with those because it would've been a mouthful)

Omg, the black hair + clear pupils are the rarest combination I've ever seen in anime style media. It is my favorite combination so every character I see I get reminded that it is close to that style but always comes short. Omg and the sea theme! My fav skin ingame is Mobious' sea skin and my fav aesthetic in Genshin are Kokomi and Nilou. I can't believe my fav character Seele is getting my favorite color pallate. I am so glad I've been saving for 4 to 5 months
seele is a nymph/fairy there is no sea theme. She has a deer, thorns, flowers, butterflies, an on field flower creature and she ults out of a flower bud.
I think this Herscherr seele is the most useful seele & highly recommended to buy.👍😍

@@piplupempoleon4225 literally me didn't really like this seele asthetic it just didn't suit her for me i need more nyx type of color pattern imo most of the recent hi3 colour patterns are either white with blue or pink asthetics except for sushannah maybe they are trying to use elysia asthetics on pretty much every character too much cuz it was such a hit but idk it got pretty old for me elysia was only the perfect one for that type of asthetics

Except HoR’s power is still img based, while HoRb’s is qua based, that’s why HoRb can exist after Kiana became HoFi and without HoD’s gem

In my opinion HoRB need some adjustment in design and skill,
1. I think they should switch the (DPS) mode and (Support) mode, its somehow nonsense when the DPS looks a bit cute while the Support looks so "DPS-like"
2. The DPS mode ultimate also need more animation, and maybe some transition from the cutscene->battlefield
3. They also need to allows HoRB to use her ult in her support mode while able to switch again to the DPS mode without cooldown so that her DPS mode got even more dmg and the Senti in the DPS team can be changed to another physical support valk

Veliona is now her own person her and seele are separated because veliona is not a part of her anymore, which isn't a bad thing! Veliona is still here.

Technically being quantum is a debuff now because qua valks are at disadvantage when fighting img enemies and the “seed & shell” mechanism further amplified that problem, psy type in contrast is the 2nd strongest type, as creature type mobs it is weak to are the least beefy among the original three types.

I pulled Senti a few patches earlier. Probably a bad descision but atleast I have my herrscher collection. Maybe I can use Seele as a DPS instead, so that my Senti remains in business.
Now I gotta try and save for her, I got Hare fully geared so BRING IT ON 😤
As a person, who waited for Herrscher of Death for years, I'm dissapointed. Her animations are beautiful, but overall there's nothing really impressive (By that I mean not from perspective of mechanics like debuffs, buffs etc. She may be usefull, even meta, but it's not something that I care about.) When I see it, I don't feel any hype or need to get her. I feel like I've seen all of that before. Aponia or eg. Nyx gave me more exitement.

So the referendum is that seele selling point is her dark half. But in my case I think it's cuz I played pgr so much that this herrcher seele doesn't seem as hype especially with recent units released in cn.
