hoF is still the best in terms of animation and emotions, I'm so proud of this tuna to see her grow. I can't wait for the story to go back to reality, I mean I enjoyed the experience of ER but I miss our main cast.

Technically speaking, Otto became a Herrscher as a part of his deal with WOH, as the Binding power was necessary to carry out his plan. Herrscher of the Rimestar is counted separately from Ice/Stars, which makes the whole countdown end at a 12th Corruption destroyed, so we're basically in the endgame now.
right it's straight to HoTE now but I'm still copium they would release seele new battlesuit that has some relation with herrscher of death at the very least tho lol

13. The 13th herscher is herscher of origin: elysia is the previous era herscher and the current era herscher is Mei

Some I put "?" due to fusion traits or special characteristics. Otto was a pseudo Herrscher, not sure if he used the P.E. HoB powers or actually developed a new one for C.E. But hes pseudo anyways so not included in the roster.
As for Elysia, I'm unsure if HoH is her P.E. form or a new Herrscher form exclusive to the Elysia memory sim.
I think Otto counts as the HoB because right after his arc we moved to HoC. Human Ego probably does not count.
Man I remember the day when the HOV first came out as a player character. But now with the HOH comes out, Honkai Impact has come a long way.

when gem of serenity becomes relevant to the story(which is probably never)
For Gem of Serenity to be relevant, Veliona and Seele will have to manifest it in themselves to take it out of Kiana.
Problem is Kiana has been existing with Gem of Serenity in her system for a good while. We are not sure if removal of the Gem has any consequences for Kiana, although from experience (HoT), it is usually less of a burden on Kiana.
So actually despite us knowing that HoFlamescion has Void as its base, borrowing power from Flame, Reason and Sentience, I have a feeling it is actually still power boosted by Gem of Serenity.
Gem of Serenity is actually for HoDeath. Which is skipped for the time being. And it’s power is not fully utilised by Kiana herself, after HoV relinquished all of her power to Kiana.

@Gabriel Freeze Herrscher of Dominance still needed the negative emotion of all 1000 person to be it's host. Only in Theaters of Domination that they are killable because they have a physical body in there.
