- The fatal stabbing of an elderly man on his mobility scooter by a psychotic ex-prisoner left a whole community “shocked” and “horrified”, police have said.
On Friday, Lee Byer was handed an indefinite hospital order at the Old Bailey after admitting the manslaughter of 87-year-old Thomas O’Halloran by diminished responsibility.

I miss London. It's where I was born to immigrant parents who came to the UK in the 70's. However even I cannot recognise the London I was brought up in.

offences met with fines and then in 2011, aged 32, for more offences of robbery you were
sentenced to 12 years’ imprisonment. In January 2018 for harassment, offences of battery
and breaching a non-molestation order in December 2017 you were made subject to a
suspended sentence order with various requirements. You were in breach of a restraining
order in October 2020 and imprisoned for 12 weeks.
11. You were recalled to prison in relation to the sentence passed in 2011. It would appear that
the recall took effect following the sentence in October 2020. You were released from
custody at Wormwood Scrubs on 11th August 2022, having served in full the sentence passed
in 2011.'

Mr O’ halloran could be described as a martyr who died to save his community. His was a random killing, if not him it would have been some one else.
It may shock and horrify the police and the community but the police won’t do anything unless there’s an outcry, the justice system won’t give him a long sentence and the community will be just as shocked when the next person is murdered by a poc

@@trigger.t132 Because he isn't caucasian by descent. He's darker skinned. He's obviously also a very dangerous individual and a liar. You can grow up in the UK and not live in a very diverse cultural framework. Schizophrenia was obviously not diagnosed earlier and occurs at different rates in different people, and as a result of different cultural upbringings, particularly repressive ones.
