Really helpful.. i also have high expectations from me and whenever i feel like idk smthng its too overwhelming...instead of having panic attacks every once in a while I'm really focusing on the present and I'm doing whatever i can bt with the aim of learning the concept which are really imp instead trying to cover the whole syllabus and daydreaming about 700+

I gave a neet mock test for the first time in my life today and I only scored 400.
NEET'22 is just day after tomorrow and now I'm realising that I was so so wrong. I took ot lightly and now I'm regretting all my life descisions. I know I am capable of scoring decent marks but I realised my mistakes so late.
I don't know how I'm going to face my parents. Just imagining myself coming out of the exam center to my parents who are so sure that their daughter must have killed it....it breaks my heart. My mom will tell me that it's okay but deep down I know she'll be dissapointed and this guilt will forever haunt me. I feel like I was given all the opportunities, everything I needed yet I just chose to throw it all away and for what????😭
I don't know what I'm doing with my life.
And my dad's just too strict, he won't even allow me to take a drop. I don't know anything beyond NEET or MBBS. Becoming a doctor has been my dream since I was 9. And ab maine khud hi pair me kulhadi maar di.
I'm such a failure.
If my I do get permission to repeat another year, I will do everything in my power to undo all my mistakes. I don't wanna disappoint my parents OR myself ever again.

But I'm in same situation and I can totally understand don't worry you're not alone
Just yesterday I was feeling the exact same thing... I'm a failure etc but don't worry you're not alone!... you'll do it
Even I have potential I can do it I just wish I had some time... I also had everything but I didn't use my resources well and I want to make my parents feel proud of their daughter... I'll do it!!

Dont ever think like that. Parents will always understand you and they're more worried about you of what mental issues you'll be going through rn. Just have a talk with them and tell them that you're determine to crack MBBS next year and you'll try your best, im sure they'll understand.
And remember its not the result but its about THE JOURNEY!
Yarrrr sach me...seeing u and listening u it feels that yes it is possible to score 500 or 600+ in 6 months or around...i mean there are so many people out there who also says the same thing that it is possible but i couldn't beleive them i don't know why! My guy feeling never trusted them...i felt...haa itna aasan hota to sab 2 saal kyu tyaari karte....but you gives a very different vibes....u urself have tried and then u r giving all these advices...aur unn logo ne khud 2 saal neet crack kiya hota h aur tab vo log kehte h haa 3-4 mahine me possible hai.....
Please share all your mistakes...kangna you seriously don't know but u really is playing a big role in my preparation life....i mean i can trust u blindly...this is how much I trust u...tumhari baate ese lagti he nahi h as if hawa baazi me baat karri ho. I beleive yes it is possible to crack neet in 3-4 months with right strategy. Please keep uploading videos. Mine's maybe a little close to your story but it's different for sure. I don't wanna get into the details but just one thing: I wish to get the answer to a Q, from you(if u have the answer, that is). I'd gone thru phases similar to what you've shared, tho idk, my depression and anxiety was scary. U mentioned u used to go into ur parents' room n stare, yes I can relate to that. I did that, and so many other things like not talking, not eating much, overthinking and getting lost somewhere. I'd do this for hours. Never did I waste my time wid stupid stuff like watching entertaining videos, going outta town, ntg of that sort. I was focused on neet. But the more I tried to get outta overthinking the more I was getting drowned into it. I'm gonna attempt this yr's neet. I'm not gonna score good, ik that as I've analysed it. Next yr's is my target.
Ryt, my Q, this it was : I wanna know how you overcame ur dark place? The place wherein you lose it all, mostly 'Hope'? Do answer it if uk, for u seem someone to have shared maybe a lil but the phase that's relatable to me.
Even i felt the same after reading yours.. But this was my drop year and I couldn't study properly... I just want 400 marks.. I hope I can reach there.. Stuck between 250 to 300 🥺🥺🥺

Thank you for talking on the Anxiety topic other people just neglect it like it doesn't even exist.. these days I'm having burn out so frequently like I don't want to get out of bed, feel so demotivated. Don't feel like doing anything I know that I have to study but but body, brain don't support me... Last week I went to my mom and started saying that I'm depressed, I've anxiety I just can't do it anymore, please take me to a doctor... Same situation my body and mind doesn't supporting me I've a joined a library usually there is no crowd but somedays there are so many peoples and i get panic attack that anxiety I don't want to feel it again, now I've overcome it but when first time i was is library i get too much panic for no reason but because of people and i was with my freind but she doesn't help me at all but there was a girl she was constantly watching me and then she ask are you ok why are u so stressed kyu pareshan ho itni she given me some fruit to eat it was very bad experience 🥺😟😓

Hey kangna am a jee aspirat and i am gonna be giving my exam in 2023 i am studying in my 12th with a Lil more focus than i did in 11th but my 11th physics and chem is a blank ik what topics i wanna finish first but what i struggle with is how to start cuz one shot videos are usually just explanation of numericals and not concepts so how did you do it?
