  • Hey guys!
I'm back with a new review for you guys and this time I'm reuniting with an old fav- The Loreal Professional Steampod 3.0! They just released their new 3.0 version and I'm so excited to unbox and try it out for the first time with you guys. Styling your hair with steam is 78% less damaging than the traditional flat iron and it leaves a really velvety, bouncy and light finish. Today I'll be taking their one pass challenge to see if the Steampod can smooth out these wild locks with just one pass. I also want to play around with it and create some curls! Leave me any questions you have down below.
Here is the link to the Loreal Professional Steampod: bit.ly/32QCMmE
I hope you enjoyed the video!

My guy got me this because he saw me using my 10 year old 1/2 inch straightener (😬) and this tutorial was SO helpful! Thank you!!

I bought it on Amazon prime day for $200. It really keeps my extremely curly frizzy hair smooth. I haven’t used it to curl yet but will try after watching this tutorial

I received one of these to try and review... I’m obsessed!! Love it so much. It’s the only thing I’ve been using to curl or straighten my hair. It does such a good job and it lasts ... so much longer.

Hello, I am quite impressed with this flat iron! May I ask if the lose curls last with it? And for how long? I have long and naturally straight hair so curls are always ruined after some hours.

BEST tutorial of this kind, THANK YOU SO MUCH! It worked for me too and by the way, I couldn't afford the L'Oreal Steampod, so I got a Chinese imitation from Amazon and it works just the same....for 130$ instead of 400$.

Steampod also curls shouldlength or short hair. Just rotate 180° and pull that Steampod in a at least 90° angle away from the head.

Can you PLEASE do an updated version of this. I have every curling iron known to man. Dyson Airwrap, all the T3’s, the BeachWaver, etc and I bought this today and I am so confused by it. Do you have to use the comb? It was snagging my hair.

I have a question: Does the flat iron get hot or is it just used when the steam comes out?
( I’ve burnt my hair and I don’t know how this works as any sort of iron will cause more damage)

It’s a professional hair tool- mostly used in salons- the price is pretty average for salon tools. Stylist make that money back within a couple clients. For those of you using it at home, it’s salon quality hair care. Saves you trips to salon.
