Its so funny cuz Im the total opposite weather wise...Im more of a homebody in the warmer months cuz I loathe the heat!...plus...I LOVE cooler weather fashion so much! I make excuses to go out so I can layer up & flex my fashion muscles!
I also HATE the heat and humidity!! I hate sweating, especially my face with makeup, and my hair falling apart after I style it.😔 You can't go outside and enjoy things without sweating to death! I live in Alabama, and it's awful!😰 I'd rather layer my clothes, and warm up with blankets!🥰
Enjoy the cold weather! I actually had a tornado almost go over my home a week ago! Although it didn't hit my home, it did hit my area, and I really heard the "all the freight train noise" that people hear during a tornado. It was scary!! Right here in a suburb of Birmingham...Homewood.😩

I feel you about the lack of motivation 😭look up periodization- its the concept used for planning exercise, but I feel like it makes sense in all areas, including mental health! Being go-go-go for 365 days just doesn’t make sense (at least in 2023 with our lifestyles, not sure how it would be 100 years ago so nobody come for me😭)

For painful menstrual cramps, my doctor suggested I take magnesium every day at night. My menstrual cramps are much lighter now and two or three cycles each year i get a menstrual with heavier cramps than normal for 2 to 3 days.
Also, I had my obgyn check to see what was causing my heavy periods and bad cramps and they were able to rule out some reasons why with a transvaginal ultrasound.

You live the opposite life of me, but my dream life. I live in a small northern Canadian town, no friends or get togethers. No shopping. No college or sororities. I live in a small house with my aging father. No boyfriend. I am not pretty, smart, or creative. Plagued with mental illness. It's a really boring exsistance, and I have no money to move to a city to live it up and make friends. So, I watch your videos and live through you, and hope that my next life I will be you, instead of me. I am grateful for what I have though, I know it could be worse!

Just watching this one- I had to laugh when you got the Raspberry Leaf Tea bc I drank that to help induce my labor with my first child (24 years ago) and after drinking it I realized that raspberry leaves don’t mean raspberry taste, it means leaves taste. BLECH Hated it, lol BUT I did deliver my son the day after I drank it, so it did work!! Haha

I feel the same! I am also tired all the time 🙈. It helped to use Vitamin D3 + K2. It is the „Sun“-Vitamin. Maybe it helps you all as well 🥰
A tip with that tea: if you start drinking it a week before your period, it helps even more!! I have endo and drink that tea all that time
It's been oddly warm (10 degree C when it should be in the negatives) here which would be great but wind and rain has been horrible and has made me a total homebody! If I had an umbrella, I could fly to work most days.
I think it's the natural "stress" of the holiday season that screws up your regular cycle. I feel like we all get more stressed this time of year even though it's "The most wonderful time of the year." Lol I don't know. Just a thought. ilysm XOXO
Girl I have horrible periods too. Can take 4 ibuprofen 3-4 times a day for your period and helps with headache. Also the more caffeine you have while in your period the worse the cramps can be. I also get an iv infusion and they give toradol and it works really well along with vitamin iv bag.

Zout is a great stain remover. It can even get out dried on stains.
You probably have a headache because your period was about to start, take Magnesium and it helps with the Premenstrual migraines/headaches!
