    I found your page through someone on I.G. and I was feeling anxious with panic and shortness of breath and the idea not being able to. (Not quite like hyperventilating but maybe it was) and I've listend to this clip and I feel so much better and calm right now. Thank you so much, I had no clue something like this could help so much❤

    Andrea which bowls are you playing here? This is divine. I want to do a setup with the same notes

      Hi, thank you, well the 2 bigger ones on my right are A and E approx. Tibetan bowls have so many overtones and often the notes fall in between Western notes. What I look for is to harmonize the notes of each bowl together, so you want to have a 3rd, 4th, and or 5th in your set and lower tones. The low tones in the 3rd octave give a grounding soothing sound. 🙏
