- When we sell a tractor, we always do a "walk around" with each tractor. We do this to let customers know where to perform daily checks, grease, and basic operation techniques. No creeper, but first range first gear is awful low!
does this tractor have a mid pto option for a front mount snow blower ??? can't find anything on line about it.
There is no mid PTO that I am aware of. We are in northeast, MS, and don't sell any snow equipment. I am VERY unfamiliar with what is required for snow blowers. Dealers in that area would have a LOT more knowledge on that than I. I try my best to KNOW what it is we sell, but I will be the first to tell you when I don't. Is this the recommended R14 tire size for the MT468? Are they taller than the AG tire?
Are the R14 oversized good for snow clearing or will the fenders be too tight to tire?
@@jakebarid8704 in Fl swampy areas, the mud will likely exceed the tire to fender spacing. Clearing would likely be an issue. Clearing a fender stuck with debris is no fun and possibly dangerous.
They are larger than the standard tire. I really like them for most applications, but like others have mentioned, there are pros and cons with anything.
Is it possible to add a buddy seat to the mt468?
There is no factory option to add an instructor's seat in a MT468.
Are the wheels adjustable on the mt 468 i cant find anything on that . I need it wider for the hay field thanks
I had to look myself. The rears are two piece and adjustable on the standard AG tires and the R14 hydrid tires like shown in my video. The front wheels with the hybrid is not adjustable. I am almost positive the front wheels with standard AG tires is adjustable. The R4 INDUSTRIAL is not. You would have to use spacers on front if not equipped with 2 piece wheels... BUT be careful widening front tires on any brand. This puts much more stress on front bearings, seals, steering components, etc.
When I got to the store this morning I went and took another look in person. The R14 front tires on a MT468 as shown are not adjustable without spacers. The R14 fronts on the next step up in tractors, the MT573, is a 2 piece wheel that is adjustable. The MT573 also has the outboard planetary front axle that will withstand a wider load bearing. As bad as I would like to sell my MT468, I suggest you take a look at a MT573 for your application. When you look in person, you will probably see the front width is fine for hay as it sits, but the MT573 is adjustable. I have never had any complaints on front width on the MT468 or it's predecessors from my hay customers. Hope this helps!

Those are the oversized radial R14. Still considered as AG tires, but the ride is phenomenal! Customers love them. I'm considering trading tractors to get myself a set!
I have a toro
Not familiar with the Toro tractors in our part of the country. I think they made some neat little center pivot machines. I had a customer 25 years ago thar built golf courses. He had several but I can't remember model numbers or anything.
