I have been driving this same model for past 3 months..I have got a maximum of 19.1 on moderate traffic in stop and start city roads where road quality is very good. I haven't taken it to the highway yet but I am pretty sure it would easily give 19-20 km/ltr

Does the SX model have blind spot monitoring?

SX doesn't have it for that it requires ADAS and it's only available in SX optional
