- Ultimate Sxth Element Downpipe Installation Guide for 2019+ Hyundai Veloster N Vehicles
In this video, I show how to install a Sxth downpipe in a 2019 or newer Hyundai Veloster N. The process for an Elantra N is very similar with a few small differences. The main difference is the Sxth downpipe for the Elantra has a mounting bracket and the space you have to work with is different.
I was nervous to perform this particular installation, due to the horror stories I’ve read online and seen on CZcams. Also, most videos don’t seem to really show the entire process. This may be a longer video, but I try my best to show the entire process, start to finish. Also, I will share my secret on how to perform the install without breaking or damaging the studs that connect the downpipe to the turbo. Finally, I will show how to complete this install without the need for a lift, since not everyone has access to a lift. I hope this video helps your install go smoother and alleviates the need to take your vehicle to a shop to perform the install, which can be very costly.
Just in case you do run into an issue with one or more of the studs, I would suggest having a set of ARP studs on hand, just in case.

@@sourCOD High pressure fuel pump, intercooler, spark plugs, intake, resonator delete, and recently an EN turbo
@nprform is the Intercooler pretty easy to install? I'm thinking of getting that and a high pressure fuel pump. I'm close to stage 2

I’ve sprayed my bolts roughly same amount of times as you, same penetrating fluid, but my nuts do not want to break loose, I’m pretty some pretty decent pressure on it, what would you do?
@@BOOlian The other option is to put heat on the bolts.

@@BOOlian Heat is another option to help loosen the nuts, which will help ease the amount of force you are having to use to remove the nuts. If you don’t have a torch or don’t want to use that method, your only other option is to keep spraying the nuts. I had this issue when removing the exhaust manifold nuts. I had two that I had to just keep spraying. It’s definitely frustrating.

No problem! I hope it helps. I wanted to get the video out before everyone gets the last shipment of downpipes. I had one ordered, but ended up canceling because I get one used unopened.
