- Mo Farah is my Favorite professional runner. I watch his races before my own track races because his kick and willpower is so inspiring that I find it contagious. His speed and determination gives me strength in my own races, and so for that reason, I decided to live a day in his life to see what it truly takes to be at the top of the sport.
I did a good deal of research, but this video obviously isn't 100% accurate since I don't have access to all the resources that Mo has.
Anyways, enjoy the video and share it with a friend that may know Mo!! it would mean a ton if he saw this, so I'm trying to get it to him in any way I can!

As a 6'3, 180lb runner I can't imagine eating this little. I think that's probably a big factor. He weighs 2/3 what I weigh probably, which dramatically changes how much you need to eat.

Btw any advice for how to get energy before I run Bc it seems as if I never have any
The toast with jelly that I had in the video really spiked my energy levels, so I'd definitely recommend giving that a try! If you're not opposed to drinking coffee, that's also an amazing way to wake up before runs, plus it has performance enhancing benefits! An alternative to the coffee could be any other source of caffeine like the Nuun Electrolyte + Caffeine tablets or even some GU with caffiene in it.

And of course you need olive oil, and it is also does change the nutritional value (but more fat is fine for runners). Please do another video like this :) maybe a full week
